Urgent Calls Begin For Scalia Autopsy (Body embalmed already)
WND ^ | 2/14/16

WASHINGTON – The seemingly quick conclusion that Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia died of “natural causes” this weekend is prompting calls for an autopsy and toxicological reports by activists and across social media platforms.

William Gheen, president of the Americans for Legal Immigration political action committee, noted the media’s “rush” to proclaim Scalia’s death in a rented room in a resort in Texas as either “natural causes” or heart attack within hours of the discovery of his body.

“Anytime a head of state, member of Congress, or the most conservative member of the U.S. Supreme Court is found dead, an extensive autopsy and toxicology examination should be both immediate and mandatory,” said Gheen. “The horrid reaction and comments about his death expressed by many liberals online illustrate that Scalia was hated by many people. His death hands the power of the Supreme Court to the modern left for the first time in American history. The court can now vote, even without a replacement of Scalia, to radically change the United States of America. Scalia’s death means the Supreme Court is now very likely to rubber stamp Obama’s unconstitutional amnesty orders, tear down Republican drawn districts in many states including North Carolina, and take deep left turns on abortion, gun rights, or anything the liberals have ever dreamed of. Scalia was a solid vote against Obama’s immigration orders to be decided by April of this year. We do not contend there is a conspiracy, we contend that there should be no doubts, and the way authorities and the media are rushing conclusions will leave major doubts and legitimate concerns about a death that could lead to a radical political transformation of America to the left.”

The family does not want an autopsy

Scalia was 79 years old and not in good health. He was overweight and by the looks of his florid face probably having congestive heart failure

Not everything is zebras. Sometimes it is horses

I sleep with pillow over my head

The JP was correcting a report that said she label led it a heart attack when she had not

Early articles said he did not telling anyone he was not feeling well. Poindexter said Scalia said he wanted to turn in early.

I think the “not feeling well” is invented, unless other people there chimed in, because Poindexter did not say this, in the few articles I’ve read.

I agree that’s possible.

And as I mentioned in an earlier post, the Bible itself has many examples of actual plots to kill leaders.

Demeaning the possibility of treachery in high places as mere “conspiracy theory” is a great invention for intimidating people from questioning the government, our political leadership, and powerful people in general, though. The sinfulness of human nature makes treachery not only possible, however, but most likely to be going on all the time. We know corruption is a constant in politics. Why shouldn’t people think that murder is sometimes a part of it?

So while Scalia’s death was possibly natural, given his position, it should also be seriously questioned since there is great motive for it to be otherwise, and not just a “very fortunate coincidence” for the Democrats.

He was speculating that he might have diabetes. I've seen no info that he did. He may have been in good health. The Dem judge that said no autopsy called his doctor, was informed that he had just had an MRI for a shoulder injury so she felt comfortable calling the death a heart attack? WTH? Oh, and he had a pillow laying over his face when found.

"speculating"?? If he felt like crap he KNEW he was ill. One doesn't feel like that unless one has serious physical problems with health. That is nature's way of telling us to eat right AND keep exercising.

I'm still sorry for him. Not a nice way to go.

Yes, the decision at the 9th would not be binding precedent in any other circuit, and could be overturned in the 9th later by another case going up to SCOTUS through another circuit.

Peace,

“I hear you. I thought for sure Ginsburg would be the first to pass.”

I think she probably took this news very hard. I wouldn’t doubt she makes it much longer. I think Scalia kept her laughing.

He could have had some heart problem, Type II diabetes, who knows...

Yes, who knows? That's the question that autopsies are intended to answer.

I noticed that too. Pointdexter said there was no indication he was ill.

That makes it more understandable that they didn’t check on him until after lunch, if he didn’t say anything the night before.

An autopsy was needed anyway though, given his high public office and the effect of his death on public policy. The wishes of the family have to give way to the need to be sure no foul play was involved.

I haven't read anywhere that he had any major health problems, that he didn't eat right.

Also haven't read that he didn't feel well, just that he'd had a long day and a long week and was turning in.

Thanks. I think if I lived in the 9th Circuit I would move out, ‘cause it may become one huge sanctuary city for all the enemies who want to destroy America, and nobody will have any means of self-defense. In short, it may become Cuba before our very eyes.

The Senate MUST NOT allow Obama to do the same thing to the rest of the country.

How conveeeeeeenient.

Texas is getting such a black eye over their corrupt judiciary. Tom DeLay, Rick Perry, Daladein (sp? the guy who exposed the PP baby-body-parts-selling), etc. It’s so blatantly obvious that the judiciary is considered a weapon for dems to get rid of “vexatious” people - you know, those pesky people who have evidence and care about truth.
