Let’s see if he tells his listeners that it’s sad that Justice Scalia passed away but that he agrees with Megyyyyn Kelley and Marco Rubio that what’s best for the country is to move on, stand behind our president, and support any replacement for Justice Scalia that Obama feels is the right man/woman/trans-gendered for the job.
I hope this is the start of a good week for all of us.

Just heard on the midday news that Mr. Obama is “bound the by the Constitution” to name a new justice.
Somebody who will spend some time celebrating Antonin Scalia's life instead of jumping straight to, "Who will replace Scalia?"
At least I hope so.

There is no deadline for the Senate to bring the nomination to a vote.

Shumer says no approvals of Justices in the final year of Bush’s term. Precedent is set. There are others.
Let me guess, he will be defend Georgie “Jobs Americans won’t do” “Saddam tried to kill my daddy” Bush, and attack Trump. Fatso is a GOPe, Rino Apologist, always has been.
It’s a holiday. Is the fuzzball on live today or is it a “best of?”
So much for that.

Once thing we need to remember is that the current court is not 4/4 its really 5/3 against us since you can not depend on Roberts. He has let us down at the biggest moments in his career including obamacare. So he has to be counted on the other side.
Right.
My biggest worry is that zero will do a recess appointment and I am hoping Rush will explain what happens if he does. Its a little bit complicated.
I usually wait till noon before I start drinking but I think I might get an early start today.
This is depressing.
