Donald Trump: Roe v. Wade Was “Wrongly Decided,” I Will Appoint Judges to Change It
Life News ^ | FEB 18, 2016 | STEVEN ERTELT

In the second part of an interview with David Brody of CBN, Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump said he thinks the Roe v. Wade Supreme Court case that ushered in an era of 48 million abortions was “wrongly decided.” Trump said he would appoint “very good judges” who would ultimately “change it” but he opposed roe without specifically saying it should be overturned.

“It’s been very strongly decided but it can be changed,” Trump told Brody. “Things are put there and they’re passed but they can be unpassed with time but it’s going to take time because you have a lot of judges to go.”

This part of the interview with CBN follows a portion that saw Trump commit for the first time to signing a bill to defend the Planned Parenthood abortion business — though the candidate said he still thinks Planned Parenthood does some good things.

Here’s the partial transcript and video of the interview:

David Brody: “Roe V. Wade: do you think it should be overturned and would you put Supreme Court Justices or would you look at Supreme Court Justices that felt that way.”

Donald Trump: “I will put people on that are going to be very very good and constitutionalists and they’re going to do a good job but it’s going to take a long time.” (Partial Transcription)

David Brody: “But beyond judges, do you believe Roe V. Wade was wrongly decided back in the day, back in 1973?”

Donald Trump: ‘Well I do. It’s been very strongly decided but it can be changed. Things are put there and they’re passed but they can be unpassed with time but it’s going to take time because you have a lot of judges to go.”

Previously, Trump issued an op-ed condemning Roe v. Wade but stopped short of saying it should be reversed.

Truth stings those being fleeced.

And I will lift up the name of Jesus all want without seeking your approval, thanks.

And the #1 reason most women have abortions is that it was just too much trouble and too inconvenient to use birth control. Just about every reason given is to deflect attention from the fact that when she had a choice not to get pregnant, she went ahead and got pregnant anyway.

This guy is running for President with mostly his own money and better yet he doesn’t need this job.

If you have all the money to buy all the things you could ever want or need, what would you buy?

Power. Specifically, the most powerful office in the world.

So what motivates the guy who doesn't have all the money he could ever want or need?

Personally, I get the biggest kick out of you people trying to sagaciously "prove" a glass is half empty....

You posted a falsehood.

Combining your falsehood with “lifting up” the Name of Jesus, as you did, was and is a singularly foul thing to do.

Don't insult our intelligence with the ridiculous assertion that Trump and only Trump is "running selflessly in order to fix the country." While you're at it, spare us the inane trope about how Trump is somehow "above" special interests. He is his own special interest; He's simply cut out the middleman.

Trump is clearly not motivated by ideology, since he clearly doesn't have one. His opinions have oscillated wildly, even over the past year. So why is he running? To further increase his own inflated ego...

Wow! You guys are like NPCs in a video game. You only have one response for any given scenario, and it usually proves to be utterly unrelated to statements or questions not anticipated by the dialog script.

“Running selflessly?” “Special interests?”

I mentioned none of these things.

I’m simply pointing out every gratuitous assertion made against Trump can be just as gratuitously denied, but you guys seem to think that your fervor can somehow bypass the rules of logic as if they were matters of “opinion.”

It’s really quite humorous. It’s as if one of the six blind men describing the elephant insisted that only dupes and fools could fall for the idea an elephant was like a mighty serpent, or a tent flap. Right thinking individuals KNOW an elephant is like a stout tree!

And for all your petulance and vituperation, your ultimate fault, flaw, and frustration is that you can’t figure out how to get people to trust you more than they trust themselves.

Well Trump is probably against abortion except in cases where it “conserves” money or does many wonderful things for women.

better yet he doesn’t need this job.

I wish he would just spare himself the trouble.
