Trying to get Lee to endorse him? So far, no senator has endorsed Cruz.

Mike Lee would be an excellent Constitutionalist!

It is too bad he isn’t more Charismatic as I would vote for Mike Lee for POTUS over Ted Cruz anytime.

As a SCOTUS judge he would be a great defender of our founding document!

Selling a Court appointment for an endorsement from a guy who you would have thought would have endorsed Cruz immediately says something about his lack of support in the Senate. It’s not just the Cheap Labor Express people who don’t back Cruz.

Not really.

Just dig down through his senate votes and find a few that you dont agree with, and BOOM, Cruz = nominating leftists.

Dont believe me? Look what the Cruz fans pulled with Bill Pryor.

At another function, he mentioned John Bolton as Sec’y Of State...another great pick!

He also “floated” John Bolton for Secretary of State at the CNN townhall in Greenville on Wednesday night.

Kind of hints at the type of character Cruz would like to see on SCOTUS.

I’d like to see Cruz on the Court if he doesn’t get elected to the White House. Mike Lee would be good too.

And in the land of reality, this would never happen in a million years. It’s garbage like this that make people cringe when hearing Cruz. A transparent attempt to pander to conservatives, while simultaneously looking for any kimd of endorsement from Lee, in other words, something a professional politician would do. And of course, there’s the usual chorus here commending Cruz for saying this and not seeing right through Cruz.

“I think Mike would look pretty good in a robe.”

And I think Dr Kevin Gutzman would look better. He could maybe educate the rest on that court what the constitution means.

Harry Reid was Mike’s Mormon home teacher.
Amazing world it is...

I think Cruz should be dropping hints about possible VP picks, instead of supreme court nominations. It would certainly dampen the enthusiasm of progs regarding lawsuits alleging Ted’s lack of eligibility if they knew that a successful challenge would only promote a Jim DeMint, Mike Lee, Bobby Jindahl, Scott Walker, etc. to the presidency.

DeMint would have been an excellent name to float during the South Carolina campaign.

Would be an excellent pick - but to give the Canadian anchor baby [and citizen up until 2014] would be akin to kissing a blind pig because he found a truffle. And what message, exactly, did the Canadian anchor baby think he was sending by having selfies taken while attending Justice Scalia’s funeral today? In the church, no less. Hey Rafael Edward Cruz, you liar, you are a zoned out fricking narcissist.
