i meant vote for Trump in the Generals.

OR a horse race between he and Rubio, which I don’t see happening

I’m voting for Ted on April 16 if it still matters.

i’ll vote for The King of Fifth Avenue if he gets the nod.

I have all ready dealt with you child. Continuing to throw a temperature like this just makes sure more people see your humiliation.

The good thing about early voting is you don’t know what life will throw your way. You could end up in the hospital or at a funeral on election day. We voted early in the 04 election, 10 days later my husband dropped dead of a massive heart attack, funeral was election day.

Cruz is FOR amnesty and I would NEVER believe another word he utters regarding his fake plans for our borders and for the millions already here.

Remember that, when asked by an interviewer, what he'd do with the tens of millions of illegals remaining in the country (after the border is secured), Ted said that we can "have a conversation" about that later.

That is slimy, weaselly, slippery, lawyer speak for, "Sorry, but they're going to stay." Any fool with half a brain should have understood that's what his comment meant.

I have my doubts that Cruz can beat Hillary in the general. I think Trump or Rubio could.

I'm definitely with you about changing the damn direction of the country. It's do or die time for the U.S. this November...

Excellent post.

Full of typos, but I am glad it got my point across.

It’s maddening isn’t it? I couldn’t go back to Rush after hearing him say that, I was so incensed and knew at that moment how rigged the entire game truly is - heartbreaking.

As to Levin, I just can’t stomach all his ranting anymore. Being for Cruz is his choice but holy cr** he is a rapid dog and I’ve tuned out for quite some time now.

I find myself much calmer not listening to all the garbage and the idiot callers. Life makes more sense when I tune out the angry voices yelling at us!

Every time I see Trump’s kid he reminds me of every A-Hole fratboy in every college movie ever made. What an entitled twit.

Well Hank, I'm happy to tell YOU that you get a BIG gold trophy and an "A+" for being one of the BITTEREST CONDESCENDING PLICKS I've seen posting here on FR.

Absolutely Wind, when I heard that he left NO doubt in my mind what a little weasel politician he is. I’m fascinated that anyone can spin that and come up with claiming he’s for doing the right thing, he’s not. It’s amazing that so much is revealed in one quick moment.

Agree the outcome is far from determined. From the beginning I’ve:

A) Supported Cruz and
B) Said if I had to bet on who would win, my money would be on Rubio.

Nothing has changed.

Hank

Great post and agree. Laura Ingram the other night said, all you have to do is look at Trump's website. Trump actually in very detailed than most for his plans. Trump on the stump speech is ...well TRUMP speaking to the Crowd, that happens to like his style. It's a YUGE movement for those that are tired of political talk and no action! We get It. Hopefully more will also!

I know what you mean. I used to be a Fox News junkie also but now I don’t watch any of the dribble that they voice. Next week Rubio will be bigger than life on all their shows.

Hannity summing it up well right now. Making fun of the earlier Fox pundits saying if you added these numbers to this candidate, blah, blah blah.

Newt is summing it up well.

Maybe we need a Trump/Gingrich ticket ....

Well I don't want them to become instant citizens/Democratic voters.

Not "instantly", huh?

If you think (like Cruz purports) that we can simply allow the illegals to stay here, and grant them some sort of quasi legal status, while forever barring the door to them gaining citizenship, you're either crooked or naive in the extreme.

No court in this country will allow an entire class of people to remain in a limbo of second class citizenship. They'll be made fully legal before the next presidential election. Say hello to the complete end of any political dominance by the rightful owners of America.

So tell me. What do you propose we do about the illegal alien situation in this country?

You're just saying that :)

I am actually not just saying that... Most the time around here we learn the most from those who we don't agree with. I always do more research responding to those that question my posts than those who agree with me.

Sometimes I can't seem to help but post stupid and or insensitive stuff. But I know that even those who I seem to disagree with most strongly here are generally much closer to my point of view than 90% of the rest of the population.

If Trump actually does manage to take the nomination, a lot of us may end up feeling like the dog that caught the car if the general starts getting tough and he starts pandering to the middle. So I am sorry if I have made any of my comments to you have been too nasty.

You are so right WF. The invasion of the illegals is changing the whole nation and not for the better. The African Americans are feeling it more than anyone because the invaders have taken so many jobs that AA at the lower economic level are completely shut out. Then there’s the Democrat party that manages to use the illegal vote to shut out real citizens. WE are fortunate to have a slim chance of electing a man who can actually deal with the problem.

Trump is a N.Y. street fighter. He was raised to know the value of work and when he was “building” his fortune he hung out with the construction workers. Someone on the TV called him a “blue-collar” billionaire. That’s about right. He’s also Presbyterian and went to church where Norman Vincent Peal was his pastor (power of positive thinking). He is a Christian, but you know that Presbyterians don’t wear their faith as a sandwich board.

I’ve read his book that lays out his plans and I agree with them. (I tried to read Cruz’s book & couldn’t finish it. So boring, like the man).

Bro, are you kidding? I’m of Sicilian descent. My temper explosions last about 20 seconds then I can’t remember what they were about :)

It’s funny you say that, because i’m voting for the guy in November if he gets the nod, but you super Trumps better hold his feet to the fire if he starts to detour.

Trump is a man who does care about his voters’ opinions of him. He may end up being the easiest to reach president in history, with Twitter available now.

WORRY about Rubio. He’ll get those Bush points AND Kasich points eventually. that’ll put him in the mid thirties, I think.

I don’t know if we can have both Cruz and Trump in the race to the end, and I would expect EITHER to back out at some point and not hand Rubio a victory.

No telling how many voters Cruz lost in that very moment. I mean, he was being asked to give his solution to the most pressing issue of our time. Instead of saying what MUST be done, and what the American people are desperate to hear, he tried to slither out of it by putting the question off til some imagined future time.

When Trump was asked the same question during one of the debates, he said: "They've got to go."

This, after Ted had just spent five minutes spewing hundreds of words explaining his position on the exact same question.

I wonder how many voters heard Trump's simple reply and instantly switched their voting preference from Cruz to him?

Ted's problem is that he CAN'T step over the line that's been drawn by his globalist mega donors, who all want open borders and cheap labor. It's really interesting to watch him solve the problem of which camp to stand in. He can't win without the voters, but he needs the megabucks of his wealthy donors, too. Sad to say, he chose to go with the elitist traitors instead of with the people.
