Laz, you know I have been around here long enough to understand how it works.
I recall people cheering Scott Brown two years later, only to toss him under the bus.
I fear that once Trump is really listened to, he will suffer the same fate. When he said he favored Obamacare, in some form, I had heard that song before.
Learning is fine. But how many times do the people here have to learn the same lesson. I am almost embarrassed at the selective listening of the Trump crowd.
But, he's good on the three major things I care about: Dealing with illegal aliens, gun control, and at least fair on SCOTUS picks.
He's also pro-America, which is such a score over all the globalists (Rubio included).
He'll be less conservative than Reagan, but better than GW Bush.
If you would mock Freepers for changing their minds, you would mock learning and new knowledge.

Look how quickly the GOP is folding on the Supreme Court issue ... this is all we get from “true conservatives” ... Trump is the message that theses need to get, we are tired of their lying crap. Trump can’t be as bad as Obumber or Hillary or Sanders, and that is all we can expect. By sitting out the only signal you are giving is that you are satisfied by today’s GOP, and that can’t be true, can it?

The one thing I feel positively about Trump is that he will surround himself with good people. He certainly has the executive power needed.
It would not shock me to see him tap Kasich as his VPbecause of his Congressional experience.

Why Trump won South Carolina:
No one more conservative than Trump on building the Wall.
No one more conservative than Trump on deporting ALL ILLEGALS.
No one more conservative than Trump on stopping hemorrhaging Trillion dollars EVERY year from American economy in foreign trade deficits.
No one more conservative than Trump on stopping Trillions spent in middle-east wars with borrowed money from China, Japan & EU.
No one more conservative than Trump on taking better care of Vets.
No one more conservative than Trump on stopping influx of UN-Vetted Muslims entering the country.
Cruz and Rubio are certainly more conservative than Trump on social issues. But the voters are obviously not looking for a pastor to be commander in chief.
