Former US Attorney General Eric Holder is a huge fan of NBA hall of famer Kareem Abdul-Jabbar.
So much so that Holder used Abdul-Jabbar's birth name, Lew Alcindor, as an alias for his official Department of Justice (DOJ) email account, raising more questions about the email practices of top Obama administration officials, and about the ability of US government agencies to track down correspondence in response to Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests. he Lew Alcindor revelation was made in a February 16 letter that DOJ sent to VICE News and Ryan Shapiro, a historian and doctoral candidate at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology who specializes in national security research.
"For your information," the letter said, "e-mails in the enclosed documents which use the account name 'Lew Alcindor' denote e-mails to or from former Attorney General Holder."
A Justice Department spokesman told VICE News there was nothing improper or legally questionable about Holder using the identity of a living person for his email account. Nor was it in any way an attempt, he said, to thwart FOIA or the Federal Records Act, which requires government agencies to preserve federal records. DOJ officials who handle FOIA requests and congressional inquiries, the spokesman said, knew of Holder's email aliases.<\B>

This is the important part, not just for Holder, but for Hillary. I don’t care how many of her emails were ‘classified’, or ‘marked when she sent them’...the very act of stealing the emails from the people (government) is a crime...and she committed that crime tens of thousands of times.
Under FOIA law you have to give the name of the person’s whose official e-mail you are asking for. One would normally ask for the e-mail addressed to or sent by Eric Holder and ‘official variations of his name.’ Thus they could illegally withhold any e-mail Holder had by using another name, but unless that name was known and requested, following the ‘letter of FOIA law’, they would not search for it.
What about his Saturday night account that uses?

Taxpayer money spent on those sumptuous furnishing paying the salary of a that head criminal wearing the blue tie. Its all obscene. If there was any justice, Holder would have been in prison for selling the pardoning of Marc Rich.

So this is part of legally avoiding or delaying the divulgence of public information. No surprise there.

Of course then there are the FOIA requests that ask: Send me everything written about the US Army. And variations of that question that leaves the FOIA officer saying “what does the requester actually want.” And then writing back to asking “what specific Army documents are you requesting.”
Several years ago by total coincidence, I wound up staying at a hotel in Montgomery Alabama near where Calypso Louie was giving a speech. It was unique to head down to the breakfast buffet and see all these finely dressed black folks milling around. I will say their children looked and behaved very well.
