Trump answered the question of paying for the poor and Trump said they would be taken care of. Cooper said single payer when Trump was still answering that the poor will be taken care of.
Trump has pointed out that the poor already are taken care off at far to great a cost. Trump will introduce a new plan to take care of the indigent at a much more reasonable cost.
