Donald Trump is slated to appear as a witness in the case charging him and the former Trump University with fraud.
The plaintiffs and defense attorneys in the case both have listed Trump on their witness lists recently submitted to the court.
While a trial date has yet to be set, it could take place in late spring or early summer. The final pretrial conference in the case is scheduled for May 6.
The case was initially filed nearly six years ago in federal court in Southern California.
It is one of three suits that Trump University faces, including one by the New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman, who accused the school of being a "bait-and-switch scheme."

Hillary may be in for a surprise if it goes the way you predict. Trump has shown he does not “go gentle into that good night.”
When this tactic has been used in the past, it was vital to first demonize and isolate the target so they would not have any public support. As we have seen, the part has failed. Every attempt to demonize Trump has made his support stronger, not weaker.
Hillary like to blame a fantasy “right wing conspiracy” on her problems, but here, we can see the plotting of a real left wing conspiracy.
And besides, Hillary may be in another court house too busy defending herself to cast stones at Trump.

You are right, the headline was misleading. Sorry if my post came across as harsh. Trump has plenty of warts, but I am glad he is generating excitement on our side for once.

I took a Kaplan Course — learned a lot from it, but I took it for what it was.
Just the opposite, actually. Because of having to witness seven plus years of lawlessness by Obama, many (if not most) Americans are FTFU with this crap and expect, no demand, a radical change away from that lawlessness. Electing Trump wouldn't be that change, but it would indeed be 'radical'.
