Trump Now on His Third New Reason To Not Release Tax Returns
Daily Beast ^ | February 26, 2016 | Michael Daly

Donald Trump says he cannot release his tax returns because he is undergoing an audit that goes back “four or five years.”

But the Internal Revenue Service usually does not look back more than three years.

“Generally, the IRS can include returns filed within the last three years in an audit,” the agency’s website says. “Additional years can be added if a substantial error is identified.”

The IRS further reports, “The statute of limitations limits the time allowed to assess additional tax. The statute of limitations is generally three years after a return is due or was filed, whichever is later.” Either Trump is lying about undergoing such an audit as an excuse not to release his returns, or the IRS has found that his most recent return includes an error considerably bigger than a simple oversight. Whatever the truth, an audit should not preclude releasing his returns.

Meanwhile, Trump has tweeted a photo of himself with a pen and a stack of papers.

“Signing a recent tax return—isn’t this ridiculous?” he wrote on Thursday.

In October, Trump had initially said that he would release his tax returns after Hillary Clinton released all her emails.

“But I will say this, and I’m very proud to say it, I think the country is run horribly. I hate what they do with our money,” Trump noted at the time. “And unlike everybody else, I try to pay as little tax as possible, because I hate what they do with my tax money.”

He added, “It’s a little tax.”

In January, Trump indicated that the release was imminent.

“We’re working on that now. I have big returns, as you know, and I have everything all approved and very beautiful and we’ll be working that over in the next period of time,”

all he has to say is NO
(just like O’s real birth certificate, social security account not belonging to someone else, selective service registration records if any, immigration file, and college records including his likely “foreign student status”).... and just like Hillary did wiping out so many of her secret emails.....and refusing to release her Wall Street bank speech (which had to have been really worth listening to since they gave her $625,000 for it?)

When will he release his big, beautiful tax returns?

Who cares? There's no requirement that he release his tax returns.

Its against the law for Trumpto show anyone his tax return copies while they are being audited,

Otherwise he would on a dime.

Having sued as many as he has he is a legal expert.

Rubio better back off or he will be sued next.

Rubio still ‘Gang of Eight’ at heart [my take]
http://www.breitbart.com/video/2016/01/17/rubio-were-not-going-to-round-up-and-deport-12-million-people

17 Jan, 2016 17 Jan, 2016
Sunday on NBC’s ‘Meet the Press,’ Republican presidential candidate Senator Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) said, ‘I don’t think you’ll round up and deport 12 million people. It’s clear now more than ever that we won’t be able to do anything on people here illegally until we first prove to people that illegal immigration is under control and America is safe.’

Rubio: Enforcing immigration law is ‘militaristic’
http://www.realclearpolitics.com/video/2016/02/23/rubio_if_we_prove_illegal_immigration_is_finally_under_control_americans_will_respond_in_responsible_way.html.

“Bill O’Reilly grilled Republican presidential candidate Marco Rubio ...”

“Look, I don’t believe the American people support some sort of militaristic round-up of individuals, and I don’t think you could carry it out. The sort of tactics it would required would offend the American people,” Rubio said.

Compare that with Trump ...

[Trump website]

Increase prevailing wage for H-1Bs. We graduate two times more Americans with STEM degrees each year than find STEM jobs, yet as much as two-thirds of entry-level hiring for IT jobs is accomplished through the H-1B program. More than half of H-1B visas are issued for the program’s lowest allowable wage level, and more than eighty percent for its bottom two. Raising the prevailing wage paid to H-1Bs will force companies to give these coveted entry-level jobs to the existing domestic pool of unemployed native and immigrant workers in the U.S., instead of flying in cheaper workers from overseas. This will improve the number of black, Hispanic and female workers in Silicon Valley who have been passed over in favor of the H-1B program. Mark Zuckerberg’s personal Senator, Marco Rubio, has a bill to triple H-1Bs that would decimate women and minorities.

Is anyone here going to actually pretend that the IRS is more honest than Trump?

We all know the IRS goes after conservatives and Republicans based on the needs of the Democrat Party.

Get real.

Has anybody every heard of this type of utterance? Nobody says I the next period of time. That could mean 1 day, 1 week, 1 decade.......always with the deniability aspect of him. Just like the Clintons double speak.

He is just note wired right. Autism, dyslexia, something is not right, he can never speak in cognitive complete sentences. And relies on temper tantrums to shut people down, just like Hillary ("what diff does it make").
