Everybody lumps in these business loan restructuring filings, in which nobody took a bath and everybody got paid, but what is truth?
I suppose you have some evidence of that? Maybe a link or two? If they would merely a restructuring there would be some reporting of the proceedings. I mean a bankruptcy that wasn't even necessary, now that would be news.
