That is exactly what I have been trying to tell them. It makes no sense to me to refuse to vote for somebody for POTUS because they aren’t “Christian enough” to suit you when by doing so you help somebody win that is worse than the one you wouldn’t vote for.

I told a bunch of them today that I was voting for somebody to lead the country not pastor a church. If that person will protect my religious freedoms I don’t care if he meets my definition of Christian enough or not. If Trump says he is, I will take his word for it. It’s not my place to judge his faith.

Yes, I am sure Trump supporters here love liberty. They just are duped by Trump. He does not love liberty.

Have you even listened to how Trump acts and behaves? He is terrifying. I just don’t get how so many other conservatives don’t see it.

Those are great. Every few months I dump my change bottle in there and get an Amazon gift card, and that’s adding up faster than I can use it.

Since yesterday and several times the past few days he said he doesn’t support the First Amendment, yes.

“Joining late. Any exit polls?”

Nothing official until CNN at 4PM.

Some anecdotal amateur exit polling noted on Twitter, from around Metro Dallas, is showing it a virtual Trump/Cruz tie.

If you are anti Trump, does it worry you to have every establishment media head and pol on your side? Doesn’t that cause you any consternation? It’s like driving on the freeway and saying, “Wow, look at all these idiots going the wrong way!”

I will never understand how a polling station can "run out of ballots."

Anyway, I have family up in Massachusetts and they tell me they have never seen the voting lines so long - not even at a general election. This is a good sign for Trump...and Sanders on the Democrat side.

As a note, for comparison later, in 2012, TEXAS primary election had 1.4M votes cast, and Romney got just over 1M.

RATS cast 590K votes and Obama got 520K.

For anyone looking at turnout size, might be interesting to see later.

Keep in mind recent polling just released that has Trump absolutely crushed by any Dem nominee.

Keep throwing out that old canard! Trump is actually the only Republican that can win in a landslide due to his crossover appeal.

Usually the Democrat is 20-30 points ahead of the Republican at this point in the campaign. If Trump is already in striking distance, he'll probably win the election by 20-30 points.
