BTW - I heard about Cruz way back when because People I know in Texas actually know him and his Family personally. They always told me he was the real deal, which is why I have been a Supporter and a Contributor all this time.
I have no Joy in watching him alienate Support from outside the Base, which is why I am so disappointed in what I saw tonight. I’m a realist, and I am starting to think he isn’t.
He is great Senator, just as he was a great Solicitor General, but he is showing himself to be a lousy Politician.
I can only hope he has a role as AG or the SCOTUS, but I think that ship has sailed, struck an Iceberg and is sinking as I write this. It is a sad thing to watch.
Voting for Trump like is like putting our money on 00.
Trump was my #2 , but this board makes it feel like Trump is my #22.

Cruz is disappointing in this interview . Why can’t he talk about his own campaign?
Cruz won’t win Utah. I think the Mormon vote would likely go to Rubio. Idaho is very conservative but its not does not have the fundamentalist population that Cruz decided to focus his campaign on.
The state that brought us Walter Mondale. They haven't voted for a Republican in a presidential election since 1972.
Trump did best in Massachusetts. That says it all right there.
At least Massachusetts voted for Reagan both times. Coming next, Trump 2016.

Cruz just now trolling hard for GOPe votes on CNN. His FReeper supporters should think about that fact, IMO.
Cruz has more than 20% of the vote in 7 of the 10 states reporting tonight.
Trump does best in Massachusetts but still cannot come up with 50% even with thousands of democrats voting for him.
Cruz is preferred by conservatives.
Trump was suppose to win Oklahoma and lost by 6. Trump is beatable.

Every other post on FR is slamming Cruz. This is the kind of crap that has turned us off. It’s 9 or 10 to 1 sliming of Cruz vs. any kind of sliming of Trump on FR. Truly disgusting. Someone said it above, FR has been inflitrated by many Trump trolls. I’m very sad for Jim Robinson.
