We had wild turkey, bob white quail, bob cats and bears right out out back door in the boondocks. I loved that. I couldn’t stand the summers, winters and liberals.

We had a lot of military in Arlington so fewer liberals. I like cooler weather and loved the snow. Summers were brutal in the era when a/c was rare.
