It is time for those who want real change in the GOP to stop it and unite. The goal is to defeat Obamism and its standard bearer, the Queen of Benghazi, and in so doing educate the American people as to why the values that built America are the values that will rebuild America. If Trump and Cruz cannot unite their forces, America will lose.
Neither has Trump. Trump was worse - he funded the democrats who kept all these things going, and worked against the Republicans who could have stopped them.

The “Never Trump” voters are a reminder that political coalitions tend to be zero sum: reach for a new group of voters and you risk losing a group of older ones.

For instance, Cruz would urge his supporters in Florida to vote for Rubio, and Rubio would urge his supporters in Missouri and Kansas to vote for Cruz, and so on.
If they keep competing with one another, Trump will run the table with 37% of the vote. But neither one wants to drop out. With this cross-endorsement plan, they each get to concentrate on their strong states, and they can keep the delegates away from Trump.
They can still compete head-to-head in the proportional delegate states, and the one with the most delegates at the end gets the other’s endorsement at the Convention, with the other getting the VEEP slot.
