Cruz wants a moratorium on H1B visas until the abuse is eliminated. Look it up. I don’t shoot my mouth off like you & your mentor & later have to backtrack...

Donald Trump initially was for bringing in Syrian refugees, until it became clear what was going on.

Same for Ted Cruz.

Both caught on that Obama was cherry picking military age muslims who fit the Jihadi profile to grant asylum to and changed their positions, which was the right thing to do

Donald aka “Flippy the Flip Flopper” has no room to talk.

“Can somebody describe to me what a Globalist Conservative is?

I’m lost on this concept.”

In a nutshell...it’s the Cubnadian.

That Trump would accuse any other candidate - or human being - of switching positions on something shows he has absolutely zero self-awareness.

If they were to be listed, we may set a record for FR's longest thread.

Plus, it would paint Cruz into a corner of sounding skeptical by principle of humanitarian efforts.

I’d like to look past the immediate scene and observe that the ability of the president to accurately act is going to depend on the quality of his information analysis. Trump is a reasonable listener, but if nobody reasonable is talking, he could be led astray just like anybody else could.

I’d want to ask Trump, who he would choose as advisors. This is going to make a YUGE difference.

My ‘mentor’?

Who would that be?

You’re making an assumption.

I was a cruz supporter, bigtime, till I found out he was just as NWO as the rest of them. Just allowed to ‘hide’ it for a little while for political purposes.

Like Ryan, once he no longer needs to be ‘conservative’, he will drop the mask and turn on us. Bet the farm.

He’ll walk that back if elected. Or there will be a cursory “investigation” that finds no, or minimal “abuse”. Full steam ahead!

Of course he backtracked soon after, but that is what Trump does.

Soon after as in the very next day. I have noticed that Trump is wobbly on issues he has not given a great deal of thought too. However once comes to grip with the issue he mostly lands on the right spot. This issue being a good example. No we do not need any Islamic refugees here in the USA. We do not need to repeat Europes' mistake.

I’m not that invested in Cruz, frankly. He was at one time my first choice, but I decided on Trump primarily of Ted’s supporters here. Regardless, if Ted somehow does make it to the nomination, I’ll vote for him. My job one right now is to squash Rubio and Kasich and let the voters decide thereafter. Screw the RNC, GOP and the whole process they will change to fit their lying needs.

I agree.

This is sort of comical considering how many things trump is for, then against, then sometimes for again.

He is a silly goose....

Currently, you are right. So I agree that “refugees” — especially from the middle east — not be allowed into our country. Unless they are known Christians, or verifiably non-Muslim.

I agree with you. As does Cruz. Keep them out, as they currently cannot be properly vetted.

I don’t believe for one second that Cruz can beat the Clinton Machine. I won’t vote for him because he doesn’t give a rats a$$ about American jobs. There are several other reasons, but under Cruz nothing will be done about illegal immigration. In fact, nothing will change period.

I personally don’t think he could win against the machine. But I do not believe he does not have honest intentions and a love of this country.

The existential issues that are ruining this country will not change with Cruz at the helm.

When Ebola walked into a Texas hospital Ted wrote a letter to the head of the FAA wanting to know what they intended to do about it.

I am sick of lawyers and letters being the Nuclear Option for our side!
