Mitt Romney recorded robocalls for Sen. Marco Rubio's presidential campaign that are going out in all four states voting on Tuesday, CNN has confirmed.
It's part of an escalating effort by Romney to block Donald Trump from securing the Republican presidential nomination.
First reported by The New York Times, the robocalls do not represent an outright endorsement of Rubio, and a spokesperson for Romney indicated the 2008 GOP nominee would be willing to help Sen. Ted Cruz and Gov. John Kasich as well.
"Gov. Romney has offered and is glad to help Sen. Marco Rubio, Sen. Ted Cruz, and Gov. John Kasich in any way he can," the spokesperson told CNN.

The more good honest US Citizens know about romney, cruz and rubio the more they like and vote for Mr. Donald John Trump.
One other thing, for those who think Cruz is pro-Life, well think about this, Maine has never, in the past 27 eyars had the votes to even repeal the vote of 1999 making Partial Birth Abortion legal.
Maine republicans have never in the past 30 years sent a pro-lifer to Washington.
I see Romney enjoyed great success last night, with his client losing every contest. Keep up the good work Mitt.

Take a thousand guys....let them download it, and play it over and over as a gag with everyone in their town or neighborhood.

I hope everyone gets mad as 'ell about this hypocrisy. If the nomination is stolen from Trump, the elitists will learn their lesson.....that they don't need voters to steal nominations. That means they'll usurp even more wealth and freedoms from US citizens.

Romney’s candidate is Marco Amnestio. Unless I’ve completely missed it, I don’t believe Marco won Idaho. Did he?
Romney told voters to vote for Rubio in Florida, Kasich in Ohio and Cruz where he could win. No distinction except vote for the person that can beat Trump. So Romney supported Cruz in Idaho. The GOPe and the Bushes are now on board with Ted, literally and figuratively since he brought on Neil Bish, and even big money Democrats are now poring millions into stop Trump SuperPACs coordinated by the GOPe leadership so one knows that includes the Bushes.
Cruz has sold out. He is now dead to me as a candidate after my saying I could support him as my second choice. I actually like many things about Cruz but it is clear he is being an opportunist and forgotten the most important thing is to break the GOPe hold on the party.
