I detest new laws but our elected officials seem to love t make them so here is there next one.
Any Foreign National deported from the United States who returns to the United States illegally and is responsible for the death of an America citizen upon conviction in that death shall receive a mandatory death sentence for the crime. Sentence must be carried out within one year of conviction.

Kansas kind of has a death penalty and he'll likely get it. But he will also likely die on death row.
