GOP presidential candidate Ted Cruz tells The Brody File that the reason Donald Trump is performing well in the GOP race for president is because his voters are uninformed and not engaged in the process. “Donald does well with voters who have relatively low information, who are not that engaged and who are angry and they see him as an angry voice. Where we are beating him is when voters’ get more engaged and they get more informed.” Hunch: I’m thinking Trump and his “Silent Majority” may push back on this just a bit don’t you think? Lots to unpack here but for now, here’s the clip.

TARP, Obamacare, all the "continuing resolutions", $11 TRILLION in debt.
Think about this for a second. Think about all the rallies Trump as held. Every day, two to three rallies, hundreds of miles apart. There's venues and travel expenses and all that. Trump has said he's spent around $25-30 million so far.
We've added $11 TRILLION in debt. I don't think people realize just exactly how much money has been squandered and stolen from U.S. taxpayers.
If the GOPe is fighting Trump that hard, it can be for only one reason -- they don't want their gravy train drying up!

The last time some junior Senator who was a Harvard lawyer with a questionable citizenship talked like that we got Obama. Different party, same attitude.

there are a few of us who switched form cruz on here because of stuff like this and as the days go on the more I am convinced I made the right decision.
Very sad that the man had a bright future ahead of him too, but he’s now ruining himself

But, sorry, I have been reading your posts, so I have a real basis for my opinion that I am smarter than you, better informed than you, and have better judgement than you. Sorry, just calling it as I see it.
People that demand their Constitutional right to bear arms are derided by some as “gun nuts”.
People that demand their Constitutional right to a natural born President are derided by some as “birthers”.
Anyone that derides someone for claiming their God given Constitutional rights is a disgusting, Constitution hating, liberal.
Sometimes, understanding that someone is an arrogant entitled little prick is all the “information” needed.

“Wow...it’s one thing to have the media and talking heads to insult us that are supporting Trump, but to have a ‘constant conservative’ such as Ted ‘Canadian’ Cruz come out and call us ‘low information’ voters....well that doesn’t set to well.’
Kind of makes sense now as to why Cruz supporters are fine being so nasty. Leadership!
well said. they can spin this as much as they want, but the fact is they know deep down what cruz did.

FAIR. Now the Cruzers are equating their guy’s behavior with Trump, you won’t be criticizing Trump’s behavior anymore. You wouldn’t want to be called a hypocrite, would you?
