Ted Cruz Says Donald Trump's Voters Have "relatively low information" And Are "not that engaged"
CBN News ^ | March 10, 2016 | David Brody

Posted on 03/10/2016 6:23:01 AM PST by VitacoreVision

GOP presidential candidate Ted Cruz tells The Brody File that the reason Donald Trump is performing well in the GOP race for president is because his voters are uninformed and not engaged in the process. “Donald does well with voters who have relatively low information, who are not that engaged and who are angry and they see him as an angry voice. Where we are beating him is when voters’ get more engaged and they get more informed.” Hunch: I’m thinking Trump and his “Silent Majority” may push back on this just a bit don’t you think? Lots to unpack here but for now, here’s the clip.

Our interview was done Wednesday afternoon in Miami.

“I dont desire support from a camp that defends Planned Parenthood, panders to the KKK, supported partial birth abortion, assault weapons bans, failed Democrat presidential runs, and hiring illegal and foreign workers over American workers.

You can keep that. JM”

Great, we agree!

‘IMO, CRUZ is not paying attention.’

Cruz KNOWS it! He purposely ignores the constitutional eligibility issue!
Reasons he ignores it -
1. he thinks he can get away with it like obola did (if so, he is not so smart in knowing that obola can but not him because he will not have the support of the GOP, the media, the courts and the state election officials);
2. he is so ambitious that the would try it anyway...
3. he is doing it on purpose to let hildebeast win - let her and her cronies remove his name from the ballots should he be the nominee...

If a person can ignore the most basic (article 2 nbc requirement for POTUS) in the US constitution, what else will he ignore for his convenience?

I took 2 plus minutes and watched the clip.

What he explained in detail was the decades of Trump donating to Schumer, Biden, Hillary in 2008 etc. After that ground work was laid, he said that he understood that voters were angry at the establishment etc. but they needed to know that supporting Trump who had been part of the problem was not the answer. That’s what he meant by low information.

Many of you know Trump’s political history and you don’t care but some may not and will care.

I don’t have ‘Lexus Nexus’, but the media does and trump will be dogged by that forever

If the media has reported it, then it should be relatively easy to prove that out.

Well he tells it like it is. Many don’t want to even look at Trumps history or record on any political action.

It might be valuable to you to look at Cruz's history of deception. And while you are at it you might look at his history with alcohol abuse.

Both of Ted's parents were alcoholics when he was growing up. His sister actually died from alcoholism and drug abuse. Ted was arrested when he was a teen for possession of a case of stolen booze. When he got into college he had a long list of problems with alcohol which was one of the reasons he made few friends. Asked recently about his use of alcohol by Anderson Cooper, he said that he was a “Scotch Man”, but extolled the virtues of whiskey and other hard liquors.

If you ever see Ted's bulbous drinker's nose without a lot of makeup smeared on it... you will see that it is full of broken corpuscles. His eyes are often watery looking and he looks a full ten years older than Marco Rubio who is actually the same age as he is. Those of us who grew up in families with a history of alcohol problems such as myself have a very easy time spotting a “high functioning” alcoholic. Ted fits the bill in every way. The number one symptom we recognize is someone who lies all the time about nearly everything even stuff that makes no difference. That is Ted.

This is what doesn’t make sense to me. Trump donated to various politicians, Dems AND Reps,,and Cruz is saying that makes Trump part of the problem?

Then what are Cruz’s donors? They’ve donated to politicians, some on both sides of the aisle,,yet he has no problem taking their money and acts like they have not been part of the problem.

It’s called hypocrisy.

Actually, you just made his point. Gonna make Cruz pay in the general by stayin home or voting for shrillary. It’s not like that reaction will finish destroying this country and probably western civilization or anything.

Yup.

Which one of Trump’s policy papers were you discussing with a Trump supporter that led you to this conclusion?

Up until 2 months ago, I thought Cruz was the GOP Messiah to America. Since he has been shown to be a lying, sleazy, cheating, scumbag, Baptist Hypocrite...... he can go eff himself.

Heard Rubio on radio today. He regrets some of his attacks on Trump. Too little too late. That’s what he gets for being the GOP Establishment’s little, Cuban, boy whore.

In 1970 when Ted was born as a native born Canadian, Canada didn’t have dual citizenship rights. He was born a Canadian period.
He qualified as a naturalized US citizen if he moved here and his mother had filled out the proper applications, etc. No evidence that was ever done...so Ted attended school in the US as an undocumented alien (Canadian). In 2014 he figured that he better try and get rid of the Canadian reference to his birth, even though it made no difference. If Ted’s family had never applied for naturalization for him, he’s a man with no country. The guy with all the immigration ideas is the worst offender of his new “laws”. An illegal in DC.

I have head that smear many times but never heard Cruz one time admit Trump also donated to HIM. Why did Cruz accept this “dirty” money from Trump? Does that make Cruz a liberal to?

Trump voters are very issue oriented: Build the wall and stop unfair trade.

Cruz voters, OTOH, are clinging tightly to the myth of Ted Cruz being the most “principled conservative” in the race regardless of the facts presented to them.

I was more stubborn than you. I changed my vote two weeks ago to Trump from Cruz. It was the debate before last which changed my mind an dhow he acted. Since then the more I see him the more I know I have made the right decision and comments like this , or hiring bush or McCain endorsing him just enforces my mind.
