Ted returns the hug, takes GOP money, hires GOP Bush mgr, refuses to disavow Romney's hate speech, etc.
Same can be said of the Canadian. There are literally 10’s of millions ‘Trumpsters’ as you call us that will never vote for the ineligible fraud from north of the border.
That is exactly why I have supported and will continue to support Ted Cruz. I will do so until the fat lady sings.

Sure, he does things as has Ted. His records of accomplishments are to be found both in government and a large part of it outside government.
Yes, Trump has accomplished many thing in the private sector. He has done then to enrich his company and himself. But he's applying for a political job.
Trump is at best, a moderate in the political sense. he's not a conservative and has no political philosophy, thus it's impossible on any day, week or year to say what trumps opinion will be and what he will do.
This country needs a Conservative. Especially a Conservative that is a Constitutional driven personality. One who can return the republic to a Constitutional footing.
Without that, all the issues of the day do not matter because the decline and fall of the republic will most certainly continue unimpeded.

I’m not sure if it was intentional but you articulated exactly why the GOP needs to be blown up and Trump happens to be the only candidate capable of doing it.

He’s not qualified. But he has the right to run and to lose, which I hope is the outcome. If he wins, the republic’s slide into oblivion will not be affected and that would be tragic, but expected.
The Canadian is no more eligible that Obama if he would have been proven to have been born in Kenya. Also, Trump would win the general easily.
No...What I articulated is that you cannot blow up the party any more than it is right now, and it does not bother them.
We have been trying to blow it up for a generation. They don't really care about it...If they lost the House and Senate, nothing would change with the exception of a few oldtimer resignations to be replaced with clones.
Other than elections, and there is one every two friggin years, you can't affect them and you most certainly cannot affect them by electing a moderate to the presidency. That would be like sugar to them...
The GOP has yet to be blown up. What you contine to see is business as usual (ie Cruz now has the Bush family on board). Step back and watch what’s about to happen and you’ll learn what upsetting the apple cart really looks like.
Actually, your comment shows that you don’t understand the issue.
For example, it is true that if Obama had been proved to be born in Kenya, he would not qualify as natural born, but it’s not because he was born in Kenya. it is because his mother did not qualify to give him her status as she was too young, and there was another issue regarding years in country, if I recall correctly, but her age at birth was the primary disqualifier.
This is why the birth certificate was such a big deal.
Trump, if anything, will be good for the GOP...They will work with him because the Demorats will work with him too.
This will create the conditions for the GOP to continue to do what they always have done, but in this case they will be fighting the dems to be first at the podium.
With Cruz it would be a entirely different story.
The ineligible Canadian is pure establishment that has zero chance to win.

I am but a small l libertarian..as all conservatives are.
If he want to bastardize the definition, that’s OK because they have been doing it for years.
One thing that differentiates a true conservative from a libertarian is that Conservative are capable of critical thinking and as a result do not have a mantra, or ideology that they identify with as a group.
Trump may share a limited number of views on issues along with conservatives, but you can say the same about democrats.

A real Conservative believes in the Constitution and all the Amendments. The other night at Trumps acceptance speech he put up displays of wine and steaks to show what a success he is. It would have been much more impressive if he had a huge copy of the Constitution behind him to show what was important to him and the people that vote for him.
