No, I’m not going to do the math; I was making a quick observation.
According to use of force reports requested by WGRZ-TV under the Freedom of Information Law, Buffalo Police shot 92 dogs from Jan. 1, 2011 through Sept. 2014. Seventy-three of those dogs died. Nineteen survived.

Between 2000 and 2008, Milwaukee police shot and killed 434 dogs, an average of 48 per year.
And a Ohio LEO had 20 kills as of a couple months ago. Protect and serve my ass. I’m still angry about the Oregon ambush.

ONE DEAD FAMILY PET THAT”S RESTRAINED is one too many if it happens to be yours. This is an artifact of the $hit that passes for law enforcement in many places today. I’d like to honor all of them for their service, but it’s clear that many of them are people with size 44 coveralls and size 4 hats whose “training” includes killing family pets because they can get away with it.
