Thus, you cannot deny the NUMEROUS Trump supporters who have claimed, ON THIS SITE, that they will no longer watch Fox, Levin, listen to Limbaugh, read RedState, Breitbart, National Review...the list goes on and on. Further, they will not engage in a discussion of philosophy and policy differences.
No, they’d rather excoriate the messenger and try to demonetize the source.
So, the question arises: If you don’t read anyone/listen to anyone that disagrees with you...and most don’t...doesn’t one’s pool of information begin to form a smaller and smaller pool? Until, one reads nothing from anyone that has said something negative about his candidate?
And that, I believe, would describe a low-information voter.

So, like Romney was “correct” about the 47%, Cruz is right about low-information voters. I don’t believe he meant ALL of them; like Trump didn’t mean ALL Mexicans were rapists. But the general point stands.
And neither group liked being called that. I’m sure I’ll get all kinds of vitriol over this. But it didn’t make it any less accurate.

But if cruz cannot reach the low info voter then we lose. Trump reaches them, and given how just one year ago the republican party said we need to go big tent then this is good. Big tent is almost by definition either social liberals or livs. I dont think the social libs are going for trump so maybe they always wanted the smart social libs. Look, to find out that people like Rush Limbaugh are kissing establishment butt and kicking their listeners in the face is a huge betrayal. To find out that the Uniparty stacks the deck on both sides of the nominations so they don’t care who wins (if they get Hillary and anyone but Trump, they win automatically, dem or rep doesn’t matter) is a huge paradigm shift.
If you support Cruz, you still think he is able to govern according to the Constitution. He is not. Clearly he is owned. You can see it. He will not have any independence to act the way you believe he will.
There is an oligarchy (not in our best interests) and to support Cruz today means you don’t see it.
Do you really think the MSM is on the side of conservatives? I haven’t, snce about 1980/85. Believe me, I read all kinds of opposite views. Sometimes they are funny, other times they raise my bp like the posts by Hillary’s fans. A friend on FB asked us if we did whatever our friends/relatives suggested. Nope. I have been reading for 60+ years so I am very capable of reading and deciding for myself. I even quit listening to Rush a few years ago because of the yelling. I have enough on my mind and do not need that kind of stress. I have had a disorder called Costochondritis for decades and stress makes it worse. Look it up.
