SJWs Will Elect Trump
American Conservative ^ | March 12, 2016 | Rod Dreher

So, this happened in Chicago tonight:

Donald Trump has canceled his rally at the UIC Pavilion due to safety concerns.

A speaker came out to the podium and made an announcement.

“Mr. Trump just arrived in Chicago and after meeting with law enforcement has determined that for the safety of all the tens of thousands of people that have gathered in and around the arena, tonight’s rally will be postponed until another date. Thank you very much for you attendance and please go in peace,” he said.

"And that makes it clear that your false claim, “Cruz sided with the leftists.”, is a flat out LIE."

Leftist claim that Trump is to blame for the violence at the Chicago Rally right?

Once again here is Cruz's words: “But in any campaign, responsibility starts at the top,” Mr. Cruz continued. “And when you have a campaign that disrespects the voters, when you have a campaign that affirmatively encourages violence, when you have a campaign that is facing allegations of physical violence against members of the press, you create an environment that only encourages this sort of nasty discourse.” His blaming the protestors prior to those words do not negate his siding with the leftists.

He tried to be on both sides of the fence and in so doing lost a lot of support.

Ted is done.

I’m not so sure Cruz DOES reflect your or my or any of our values. He says what he knows we want to hear, but his behavior thru this campaign from shortly before IA forward, has been the total opposite of ‘conservative,’ at least as I think of it. Folks may not like what Trump has to say, but they’re his words, they’re not formed for him by some ‘experts.’

Once Cruz hired Jeff Roe, I knew it was time to pay close attention. Cruz showed he doesn’t know how to hire/appoint the right people, an area where Trump excels. Very lawyerly, it became about winning at all costs. In the process, Cruz became what I detest. Shame, that.

...you began the quote with “But”. That means that something that you have failed to quote precedes the but. What precedes the but in this case is the part of Cruz’ statement in which he...

Next comes the definition of "is."

Conservatives know double talk when they hear it. They don't try to parse it out of existence.

You are twisting logic to try to make two conflicting points.

The protesters are trying to blame Trump as the only cause.

Cruz is blaming the protesters for their actions, but says that Trump bears some responsibility for creating a climate in which his supporters beat on some protesters, which in turn gave the protesters all the excuse their feeble minds needed to protest violently.

Those are two entirely different things. Cruz is telling the truth and the protesters are lying.

But in your mind they are equal? LOL.

So you wanted blood to flow last night in Chicago?

Did Trump want blood to flow in Seattle?
Or do the adolescent insults that come out of Trump's big mouth not apply to Trump?

So here's a guy braver than Trump who would not be deterred.
Ben Shapiro speaks at CSULA

Sorry but Cruz sided with the leftists and in so doing promotes the idea that disrupting a political rally with violence is OK if you deem the actions of a few supporters of the rally are wrong. So Cruz is bolstering the climate the BLM is creating

Ted is done now. And BTW you just promoted the same.

I asked the question.... So you wanted blood to flow last night in Chicago?

You do not answer the question but ask questions completely unrelated... Ben Shapiro???? seriously... not even in the same league as Trump.

Are you a lawyer?

Cruz jumped the GOPe shark last night. I couldn’t believe it was “Ted” Cruz saying that garbage. He was totally parroting the MSM, the GOPe and all leftist hate groups. And he was DEFENDING leftist hate groups and blaming Donald Trump for the actions of leftist hate groups. Unbelievable.

Nope. Your statement is not logical.

There is not enough evidence to determine whether that is because you are logic challenged or because you are intentionally avoiding quotes of the rest of Cruz’ statement in which he makes it clear that he is not saying what you are claiming he is saying.

He said the protestors were to blame THEN he blamed Trump.

A does not negate B.

He tried to play both sides and by so doing lost my support and many many more supporters.

Ted is done.

Blood did not flow in Chicago.
Trump boasted he would never be shut down by #blacklivesmatter
He was.

Ben Shapiro???? seriously... not even in the same league as Trump.

Well you got that right. Hundreds of protesters didn't deter Shapiro, but they did deter Trump. In his own words, Trump is weak... a soft little baby... a disgrace.

This is what he said:

“I also want to mention something about the events this evening in Chicago. This is a sad day. Political discourse should occur in this country without a threat of violence without anger and rage and hatred directed at each other. We need to learn to have disagreements without being disagreeable, to have disagreements while being respecting human beings on the other side.

“Earlier today over thirty people were arrested at one rally. And then tonight as violence broke out the rally was canceled altogether. Now, the responsibility for that lies with protesters who took violence into their own hands. But in any campaign responsibility starts at the top. Any candidate is responsible for the culture of the campaign. And when you have a campaign that disrespects the voters, when you have a campaign that affirmatively encourages violence, when you have a campaign that’s facing allegations of physical violence against members of the press, you create an environment that only encourages this sort of nasty discord.”

Yep and A does not negate B.

He was fine up to the point that he started blaming Trump then he sided with the leftists.

Case closed.

Ted is done.

Wrong. He did not blame Trump for the protest. He blamed trump for creating the atmosphere among his supporters that resulted in his supporters berating protesters during his speeches.

Then those beatings gave the protesters an excuse in their feeble minds to protest.

"He blamed trump for creating the atmosphere among his supporters that resulted in his supporters berating protesters during his speeches.""

EGGsactly Batman, he blamed Trump for the actions of others. Trump tells his supporters not to be sheep and that pisses off you leftists.

Its like blaming a girl who dresses pretty for being raped.

Ted is done.
