I had that happen to me a long time ago, the mouse being all spastic. I don’t recall what I did to fix it. I know, no help to you but thought you’d feel better knowing that you’re not alone. Have you rebooted since the update? Check your mouse settings. There’s a setting there that makes the mouse jump to links automatically.
