I think I read something about having to download a driver for their mouse after windows 10. I don’t have Windows, so am not sure.

Contacted Norton. NO help. She said I needed to replace my mouse, and maybe keyboard.

I cleaned my keyboard, and I went to settings pointer options and checked the Snap To dialog box. Some minor improvement but still the computer is going spastic.

Also started using a mouse pad instead of the sofa cushion. Minimal improvement.

Then I had this idea to SLOW DOWN THE SPEED OF THE CURSOR. I REDUCED it TO LIKE ONE THIRD SPEED.

And guess what the matter is fixed. Completely. So far so good.
