Donald Trump Inches out Ted Cruz in Missouri
Breitbart ^ | March 15, 2016 | Alex Swoyer

Posted on 03/16/2016 5:28:13 AM PDT by monkapotamus

It appears that GOP frontrunner Donald Trump slightly edged out Sen. Ted Cruz in Missouri on Tuesday night. Trump took 40.7 percent of the votes in the Show Me State with 100 percent of the votes tallied.

Sen. Ted Cruz is close behind at 40.6 percent–down by approximately 1,700 votes. With this small a margin, Cruz could potentially ask for a recount. However, since Missouri is not a winner-take-all primary, the recount fight may not yield many new delegates even if he is ultimately declared the state’s winner...

For all the hype Cruz spoke last night...like he won...he lost every single race.

That is the art of a good debater. They can take any side
and make a great presentation out of it.

Thank you! That answers my question beautifully. In How many states does Trump now have a majority of delegates?

Cruz is going to be pushed aside for Kasich in the anti-Trump vote.
If he’s smart, he starts attacking him immediately.
Cruz cannot afford to let Kasich catch up to him.

Bagdad Ted. "No, we are winning everywhere, really. Trump is no match for us! We have beat him 7 times and he has only beat us 13." Tim for Ted to just step back and beg for a cabinet position.

” Instead of doing his backdoor thing with Kasich (in an OH ad he told those against Trump to vote for Kasich), he should focused like a laser on Missouri.”

Do you have a link to any ads that Cruz did that ask voters to vote for Kasich? That sounds like BS.

If you think those people that have left were “given an opportunity to resign rather than be fired,” you’re very gullible. If they were fired, they’d be free to work anywhere else without any worry about a non-disparagement clause or non-compete clause in their contracts, and there would be no cease and desist letters coming from Breitbart as there are now telling them to stop speaking about the incident. It would have been far more convenient for them to be fired, if leaving Breitbart to go somewhere else were their motivation.

The third video clearly shows Lewandowski grabbing Fields and yanking her backwards so that she stumbles, just as she said. One can support Trump without believing that Lewandowski is a saint. He’s a liar who should have just apologized to her for what he did.

Please explain how you came to the conclusion that Cruz abandoned the first amendment.

He means Cruz's attempt to use the Soros inspired Leftist assault on Trump for his own political gain, was Ted's WORST moment so far. It was time for Cruz to defend Trump and put the onus squarely where it belonged. . .ON THE EVIL LEFTISTS. . because if the evil leftists are able to dispatch Trump via those tactics. . .they will employ the very same tactics to Cruz. . .IT WAS A SHAMEFUL, cynical political reaction by Cruz when a moral stand was the only proper response. Thus, it really damaged his standing especially with those, like me, that would certainly have considered Cruz as a viable alternative if Trump were to falter. .or as a VP candidate with Trump. . .NOT ANYMORE, HOWEVER.

I don’t know how to research that. I tried “Cruz OH TV ads March 14, 2016”, and nothing specific about his ads came up.

They emote rather than think.

BINGO!!! 99% of the people that I talk to, read comments from, or hear speak on radio and TV who support Trump are doing so out of purely emotional reasons. They are (rightly so) extremely pissed off at the direction this country has taken. From the crowning of King Saul to today, important decisions based off of emotions ALWAYS turn up having bad outcomes for the people who made them. This country has finally come to a cross roads where another bad outcome could literally tear it apart.

Cruz has never asked voters to vote for anyone but himself.

Rubio did that, NOT Cruz.

I heard that 12 delegates go to the winner according to who wins the state.

Stop spreading the lie that Fields is pushing. Nothing illegal happened to her. This is the same lieing beeyotch who falsely accused Allan West of sexual assault.

Whether what happened to her is illegal or not (and it fits the classic definition of “battery” which is the charge that was on the complaint she filed) is beside the point, which is that Lewandowski lied about it and Trump and his supporters fell in lockstep to call HER a liar instead.

A majority of delegates from 8 states/territories, not majority pop vote wins.

Trump already has at least 9.

No it was not the truth, Blaming the victims of pre-planned organized violence by Marxists is asinine. So Americans have no right of self-defense, no right of free speech, no right of freedom of Assembly? Keep up this Blame Trump BS and lose even more states as we go forward.

If you can show at any time an actual Trump supporter initiated any violence as a result of Trumps support of self-defense get back to me otherwise go to DU where the blame the victim if a Republican crowd hangs out

Has Breitbart issued an apology to Corey Lewandowski?

If they did, I missed it.

Has Breitbart disavowed/repudiated the actions of Fields and/or Shapiro?

If they did, I missed it.

Absent these two actions, they are as much at fault as the players who were in their employ at the time of the falsely claimed incident.

Thought so but thank you for the confirmation.
I was a poll watcher yesterday in Florida in a usually overwhelming Democrat precinct. Poll workers were amazed. We had never seen anything like it. The Republicans swamped the site. Incredible totals for Trump. Amazing numbers of minority votes for Trump. Smashed all records of Republican voters...many young, first time voters too. A great day!
