This is one of the fastest ways to roast a turkey ever invented ... If you don't have $2.2 billion to pick one of these babies up you can get a low end turkey fryer at Wally World for arond $40.
But you will need another $30 for oil.
It doesn't cook as fast and it won't fry them on the wing.

As part of their eco-tourism station, they can open up a restaurant, serving solar-cooked endangered bird species.
They could also set up a little cannon so you could launch and cook your own food. They could make this solar boondoggle pay for itself.
