Ted Cruz could only get 13% in Ohio and 17% in FL GOP primaries. Meanwhile, Trump ran the board against a favorite son in FL. Cruz has been pathetically noncompetitive in battleground state GOP primaries. The more Cruz talks, the less he is liked. It’s clear now he will never be POTUS.
All Utah is doing is increasing the likelihood an Angela Merkel is elected to President of the United States.
I don’t think Utah would vote for Hillary at all. For a lot of reasons.
The question is whether this is Utah-specific or not.
Cruz would soundly defeat Hillary, probably a similar map to Bush/Kerry.
Cruz loses Evangelicals to NY Values Trump. He’s never beating a Dem in the general.
All this article proves is that Utah is a Democrat State and not Republican...Well, Rino at least...

The polls show Cruz beats Hillary in almost every one while Trump loses. Those are just the facts. Worth much more than your conjecture.
Utah is one of the most conservative states in the union. This poll proves Trump is a RINO though.
It’s a caucus, one of the few left. So this is one of the rapidly dwindling opportunities to “build momentum” for Cruz.
As terrible and unlikable Donald Trump is, I don’t see how Hillary or Bernie could garner even 40% of the vote it Utah.
I don’t but this poll for 1 second.
A Democrat would let them keep their multiple wives, so I’m not surprised.

Back in the 70’s my mother had a pair of water mellon eating sambo Key Chain holders in our family cabin.
Shortly thereafter I found an electric skillet from that same period in another cabin I visited and went back to my cabin to get a gun when to my surprise I found the same skillet where my now deceased mother had left it.
So feeling a little ashamed, I left the cabin and rode my 10 speed out to the big 9% grade hill called Big Suzy and started down. The speed built to the point where I had to put my chin on the handle bar stem and feather the brakes. the hill was over a mile long.
When I reached the bottom, I headed back on a remote road with a lighter grade.
Once back, I met up with Molly and Julie. The middle of the lake anchor seamed like the next move but I told them I’d rather go sailing. Julie took off for her family inboard mastercraft and Molly and I set sail on my Hobbie ‘16.
Slicing the lake from end to end we would fly within feet of sun bathing Julie.
Later that evening, Julie and Molly would doll up. We’d head out in the back of a pick up to the meeting place in the woods. A 1/4 barrel, bon fire and 6x9s rockin’ would take us to a better understandin of life.
This would repeat for a few years until times change as they always do.
Truth is what it is.
Trump is the man for the times and you are not.
Why can’t Cruz beat “liberal” Trump? Pretty simple really. Nobody likes Ted Cruz. The more he flaps his gums the less people are inclined to vote for Lyin Ted.
Here the odds for who wins the GOP Nomination:
Trump 80%
Cruz 20%
Everyone else in the world 0.00000000%
And that might be too favorable to Cruz. But it is on the money for everyone else.

Seeing that he was completely defeated in the south, came in third in Va and Florida, and Ohio, didn’t break 50% in Texas, literally brings no special appeal to the race, and cant even function without Glenn Beck, the GOpe taking over his campaign.
But for (reasons) he will totally beat Hillary.
