Sen. Ted Cruz landed an immediate blow on GOP presidential rival Donald Trump, who spoke before him Monday at the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) conference, for how the front-runner referred to the Palestinian people.
"Let me say at the outset, perhaps to the surprise of the previous speaker, Palestine has not existed since 1948," Cruz said to lead off his speech in Washington.
Trump repeatedly referred to the Palestinian people as "Palestine" during his remarks just minutes before Cruz. Neither the United States nor Israel recognizes Palestine as a country...

The Palestinians don’t refer to Israel as Israel. They consider the area...Palestine. The people of Israel are considered to be ‘’occupiers of Palestine’’.

Furthermore, Trump is just a few years older than I am, and we grew up calling Israel...Palestine.
Trump wasn’t wrong, and Cruz showed his ignorance as well as his arrogance. Trump is an older, wiser man and cruz is a snotty, disrespectful, little jackass. He doesn’t even have the decency to treat his elders with respect.
Now he wants to slam Trump’s wife with the Mormons...he has NO respect for women at all, and no scruples. That man is of less value than a worm.

Cruz, on the other hand, knows the Bible and has chosen to ignore what is in it when it suited him and now he seeks to exploit it, also when it suits him in order to gain votes. I had great respect and hope for Cruz but I now consider him a fraud with no real compass that is guiding him.
Trump has everything a man could want in life in a material sense and certainly doesn't need the headaches that come with pursuit of the White House.. I have to believe that his guide is a sincere desire to right the wreck that this country has become.
That was the point. Trump talked about Palestine in his speech and Cruz was bashing him for it.
Buy hey, there are new defenders of the UN here now that say the UN says there’s a Palestine so Trump’s correct...
