I noticed more people speaking French who did not seem to be tourists (no maps or guidebooks or leaving used coffee cups on the table), then I remembered that many people probably want to leave France and what better place, as long as they have the money, than the Upper West Side of Manhattan?

The REALITY, Andrea is that this is a logical conclusion given the news headlines from at least a week ago:
Paris terror suspect 'was planning fresh Brussels attack' when Salah Abdeslam was caught as it emerges he backed out of blowing himself up...
So for weeks while the French were hunting for the Paris attacker it was well reported that Brussels was at a much heightened security level. So how is it, Andrea, that it is not realistic to consider this a terror attack based upon recent immigration/refugees?
