MK Dr. Anat Berko (Likud), an expert on investigating terror, spoke to Arutz Sheva on Tuesday about the wave of bombings in Brussels earlier in the day that left 34 murdered, which was later claimed by Islamic State (ISIS).
“Jihad tourism is returning home,” said Berko, referencing the large number of Muslim jihadists who left Europe for Syria and other battlefronts in the Middle East, and have now made their way back home.
“The terror assault on European soil is nothing new. This is not the first assault, and also not the last. Jihad tourists are returning home to the Islamist enclaves with ideologies from the school of thought of ISIS and the Muslim Brotherhood. They are the ones who will cause terror attacks on European and American soil,” she emphasized. …

You’re underestimating them. The EU fathers and their descendant politicians are quite Machiavellian; they are doing this to provoke a backlash. And they are quite happy with the USA out of the way.
I would however assign Angela Merkel to the bomb disposal unit and give her a hammer to do her job. Nothing like leading from point.

After 9-11 we can see that the US is not immune to such attacks.
(T)he people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same way in any country.Of course, this time the people do not have to be told. It’s happening.
Didn’t notice the recent elections in Germany? or Hungary’s blockades? It’s not going to suddenly strengthen overnight, but it’s already started.
Maybe off topic, but can’t we theoretically declare war on ISIS??
Part of what’s going on is that we continue to treat these acts of terror as law enforcement issues, with these animals having legal rights under the laws of the countries of the civilized world.
Legally speaking, couldn’t we do a lot more if we would declare war on ISIS and radical Muslims??? We would have a license to kill, go in and bomb their strongholds back to teh 7th century, and not have to worry about the carbon footprint of our military operations.
ISIS occupies big parts of Iraq and Syria. They are in effect a country. They are a governing body in the areas they occupy.
So can’t we declare war on them, and go in???
