Jeb Bush early Wednesday endorsed Ted Cruz’s Republican presidential bid, calling the Texas senator a “consistent, principled conservative.”
Bush, who ended his own campaign last month, said Cruz has “has demonstrated the ability to appeal to voters and win primary contests.”
“Washington is broken, and the only way Republicans can hope to win back the White House and put our nation on a better path is to support a nominee who can articulate how conservative policies will help people rise up and reach their full potential," the former Florida governor said.
Bush called on Republicans to “overcome the divisiveness and vulgarity has brought to the political arena” or risk losing the White House.
“To win, Republicans need to make this election about proposing solutions to the many challenges we face, and I believe that we should vote for Ted as he will do just that,” Bush added.
Bush’s endorsement follows Cruz’s win in Tuesday’s Utah caucuses, where he won all 40 of the state’s delegates.

I would have stopped supporting Trump if he got in bed with all the bushes, inside business as usual estzablishment like I stopped supporting cruz when I saw him doing it.

Yep remember when we all said we have two outsiders, Trump and cruz, well it seems we had one and cruz was always part of the establishment willing to say and do anything to be elected.
Now people defending cruz are saying it is great the Bush family are with him.
Yep. I noticed that trend a few months ago. There’s a handful of them and it’s pretty apparent that they are working shifts. Morning, afternoon, evening and overnight. I don’t feel like copying them all on this note, but they are definitely paid trolls. To be sure, there are still many delusional Cruz supporters who are well intentioned but misguided. But for the most part, these clowns are paid trolls and they show up like clockwork.

In his confirmation hearing, Roberts said he will NOT take any case at SCOTUS that will overturn Roe vs Wade. It’s on YouTube. Look it up.
Gay marriage is now the law of the land. We now begin the 40 year fight we have had similar to Roe vs Wade.
We had a GOP president, Senate, and House for a few years. Not one thin dime, not one, was ever taken away from Planned Parenthood.
It will do no such thing about bringing 2/3 of the base, because JB is no conservative. This is the reason for his rejection as a candidate.

There’s probably more, but I’m getting tired. Wednesday is my “Monday” work-wise.
I find none of those positions to be conservative in any way. Maybe I am dating myself, but my 1st & 2nd votes were for Reagan. None of those positions I just listed are Reaganesque. President Reagan defined what it meant to be a Republican for me. And I have not strayed from it, all these years later.
