Trump has a -33% favorable rating in CBS/NYT poll.. I don’t understand this. I guess this means two things:
1. Since Cruz is classless, your favorability rating is worse if you have class like Trump (Everyone knows that Trump is the epitome of class).
2. A candidate must have class to get a negative favorability rating.

One could think that the maker of that ad was a secret Trump supporter because she had to know that he would come out with his Twitter guns blazing. Maybe she thought she could make him look like a fool.
I don’t understand her strategy but it is hurting Cruz.
There is no need to spin Trump’s record in the primaries. He is winning big time. Iowa and Utah are insignificant.
What isn’t insignificant is the undermining of America’s election process that is going on, being documented, hundreds of events for thousands of votes. Our rights as Americans for one person one vote are being stolen. The Dems have done it for years with the graveyard vote but the GOPe is mainstreaming it: the players behind the scenes, the big money donors, the party elites. They are spending millions upon millions to control the election.
Despite what you think its not all about Cruz; they will kick him to the curb unless in the end he convinces them he is the best puppet they have available.
And then there is Trump, perhaps imperfect but the genuine article, beholding to no one and doing his best to make America great again.
The PAC isn't connected with Cruz. Why should he have to decry everything someone else does, which would only make him look like he had something to do with it?

We are all desperate for someone who actually will fight the good fight. Raphael Edward Cruz had a very carefully constructed and advertised persona. It was a facade, but it looked good from the front. We’ve all been snookered by politicians at one point or another. It’s what they do. Don’t beat yourself up over an honest mistake when you were seeking the good.
It’s not the pics, it’s the way they were used as if they were to be shamed. It’s the attempt at shaming that is the problem here. She didn’t do pics to have them used against her husband later. That’s ridiculous.
Maybe someone can use a pic of your child with a skinned knee and twist it as a statement against your parenting and values. You’re ok with that apparently.
The smear was against Melania and Cruz should condemn it. If he does not, he cannot for one second say a word if the same is done to Heidi.

But, let’s assume for the moment that Cruz was responsible for this below-the-belt ad? Does this stupid ad justify Trump getting down in the Twitter gutter to answer, raising innuendo about Cruz’s wife?
When is this guy (Trump) going to start taking the high road and behaving with the class deserving of the Presidency.
I know this is part of his charm for you and millions of his believers, but there are many more Americans across the political spectrum who cannot stand him and will refuse to see him as a viable President due to the same behaviors.
I was actually encouraged by his AIPAC speech the other day because I thought he was starting to get serious as a candidate...starting to look more Presidential...talk more about policy details...persuade with some impact, not just humorous slanders and slurs! But, alas...
Even if Trump wins, his schtick will wear off at some point...even for the true believers!
