The American Civil Liberties Union is challenging a ban on letters, magazines and other mail sent to inmates at a Kentucky prison that contains material with gay-related content, news reports said Wednesday.
The Lexington Herald-Leader reports that Kentucky ACLU legal director William Sharp has written to the Eastern Kentucky Correctional Complex to object to a policy that prohibits prisoners from receiving items that “promote homosexuality.” …

Rights for convicted felons in prison?
Convicted felons should have the same rights as slaughterhouse cattle.
Maybe the judge will require William Sharp to run the prison rather than interfering with it.
Prisons and prison inmates have a vested interest in suppressing materials that advocate or encourage homosexual behavior.
Perhaps the ACLU lawyers need to spend a few years in prison to learn why the prisons have such rules in place.
Add the ACLU onto the list of organizations that Trump needs to stop gubmint funding once he gets into the WH.
Homosexuality is virtually the new national religion.
If you were “born that way” why do you need to have literature that promotes it?
There is also restrictions on Playboy, Hustler and other publications.
And so will we get a Solomon like baby split that says only those who first self identify as “gay” can get it?
This has turned into a cornucopia of weirdness.
Of course any time someone gets caught for doing something bad and gets sent to prison for a long time and it goes up on FR, you’ll find the inevitable cheerleaders for this person to drop the soap, so to speak. Gotta make up our mind, do we want to do things the wicked way or not?

Promoting homosexuality is promoting Satanism. (It is to “kill God” —Christianity in children). It is forcing an evil religion (faith) on children to promote such evil, irrational behaviors. It is always a learned behavior so young children have to be presented with the irrational, vile concept to normalize such vile acts-—or it is learned from child abuse and neglect—as all unnatural behaviors are.

ACLU finds out what a prison is goes into shock can’t understand why it isn’t like a vacation whining ensues.
Kentucky responds by Issuing Warrant for the Arrest of William Sharp of the ACLU for Intimidation, Making Criminal Threats, and for just being an asshole.
