What exactly did Cruz say about the ad? Source? The last I heard all he said, and all he said, was that it was another PAC.
Please don't confuse the Cruz cultists with what the ad actually said ... the only thing they are interested in is that in Cruz lawyer-speak, he had nothing to do with it.
Honestly, I don't know what I am coming to despise more, this unprincipled but conservative insider posing as a righteous man or ... his pathological 'close my eyes to the truth' supporters.
Poor little lying Trump; the pac that issued this ad is not even pro Cruz...it is just entirely only ANTI-TRUMP. Poor widdle liar Trump.
First, “Make America Awesome PAC” is not a “Ted Cruz PAC.”
Second, Ted Cruz condemned the ad as “inappropriate.”
Third, why are people slamming Cruz for something he didn’t do, something he himself condemned?

Doesn’t seem possible. I’ve lost a lot of respect for posters on this site. They think they are conservative, then stoop to the same name-calling mudslinging vitriol I see when I lurk around liberal sites or youtube stuff. Backed in a corner they lash out instead of taking a step back and analyzing. Hopefully it’s like others have said - the sanity will return when the election is over.

Liz Mair worked for Rick Perry and Carly Fiorina, both endorsed, and very close to the Cruz campaign. The ad said to “vote for Ted Cruz.” If it walks like a skunk, and smells like a skunk, it is a skunk.
Cruz used the occasion of the Chicago riots to blame Trump for inciting them, and used the occasion of the Brussels bombing to imply that there was a link between Trump’s stance on NATO and the attacks, all of which is disgusting enough.
Given the fact that Ted Cruz campaigns side by side with Glenn Beck who has repeatedly called Trump a “Nazi” and “Hitler”, and referred to Trump supporters as “racists” and “brownshirts”, without so much as a peep of protest from Cruz.
Can you understand where the suspicion comes from that Cruz was aware that the Malania ad was being used, approved or made no objections.
Cruz called the ad “inappropriate” after the smear had already served the purpose of helping him Utah. He never called out @lizmair for running it.
