...And you can read on any given post how Trump is not getting the conservative vote... Poppycock... Yes, and I think the Great Schism occurred when Trump torpedoed former President Bush in the debate. Rush spent a night in the White House and he's might proud of that. So I suspect Trump's comment was the final straw. Fine, we don't need Rush anymore. His bridge was valuable to us at one time, but we crossed that bridge and we're now on a higher plane of thinking -- Pro-America, protect your own, Self-reliance. And you know what's funny is that it moves us back to the days of JFK who believed in these same principles. It was a day when being a Democrat meant loving your country and believing in free enterprise. Trump will return us to that time. And to Reagan's time too. |
That guy, Mark Steyn, is a very clever and funny man! Love him. Did you ever see Steyn's speech at the 2015 International Climate Change Conference? If you haven't, you're in for a real treat. |
lol! good post
>>Rush spoke about this yesterday, that the establishment types just dont get it. They believe everything revolves around them and their messaging. He said over and over they just dont get it
How could the GOPe NOT hear us? Of course they hear us, Rush, and most certainly “get it”.
They, in their arrogant condescension, simply “know better” than us annoying little creatures who keep wanting to put an end to their get-rich schemes.
>>On top of that when I learned about his citizenship I became convinced that he is not eligible to hold the office because he is not a natural born citizen.
So did Fox News, 2 years ago:
Fox News Reported Cruz Is Ineligible —— Two Years Ago!!!

>>There are far better commentators, that are just normal everyday people on YouTube. Subscribe to enough of their channels, and you will have so many great videos, that you will forget talk radio even exists.
This is SO TRUE.
Thanks, I had never seen that before.
We’ve NEVER had cable TV. It’s such a blessing to be Cable-Free!
>>and Rush plays golf with Trump.
He has played golf with DJT, but I’m not sure he plays regularly or often.
I listen to Rush and Dennis Prager on the commute home. I haven’t heard Rush talk up Cruz in a while. The last week he’s been talking up Trump. He says he doesn’t advocate candidates and it appears that’s so. Dennis Prager otoh likes Cruz but says he will vote for Trump if he’s the nominee. He doesn’t really plug politics, mostly moral issues. I think they both realize people are sick of politics but Rush not-so-much.
I firmly believe that conservative talk radio has lost “influence,” because people have come to realize they are merely part of the “vast political-media-government-entertainment complex.”
They talk and talk, and nothing changes. They tout one “true conservative” after another, and nothing changes.
And many turn out to be whacko-birds of one type or another.
Cryin Glenn Beck is exhibit one. Screamin Mark Levin is exhibit two.
>Once Medved gave up dodging the draft and helping Americas Communist enemies during the Vietnam war he apparently decided that other Americans should go around the world invading countries that neocons dont like. Wars are a lot more interesting to old 60s war protestors when none of their kids are doing any of the fighting.
AMEN. Why are we sending our American soldiers all over the planet to “fight terrorism” if we are letting illegals in by the millions, and we don’t know who they are or where they end up?
Maybe these elites should send THEIR own children to fight their wars.
Satan’s Children tell so many lies, it’s sometimes difficult to figure out what is truth and what is not.
And how!
“AMEN. Why are we sending our American soldiers all over the planet to fight terrorism if we are letting illegals in by the millions, and we dont know who they are or where they end up?”
..because Neocons and Democrats both love mass immigration and playing Risk with countries that they don’t like. Their main disagreement is over who gets to be in charge.
You’re welcome. I’ve been meaning to comment that I enjoy reading your posts. They are thoughtful and well-reasoned.
Thanks to YOU ; )
Well thanks, some hate them though, LOL.
A recent example of Hewitt “not taking sides:”
States in a neutral tone of voice, “Trump won the Arizona primary.”
Then states in somewhat more animated and excited voice, “Cruz crushes it in Utah!”
He does that all the time - downplays any Trump victories and hypes/exaggerates anything positive about Cruz.
