A radical Muslim wants to behead you. A moderate Muslim wants a radical Muslim to behead you.
It doesn’t matter what individuals believe (or pretend to believe), the problem is Islam itself. Islam has the only guide, the Koran, that commands the followers to kill all unbelievers. ISIS follows the Koran more closely than any other Muslim group. No other religion includes mass murder in its directives for the faithful.
If there could be such a thing, I’d say that Islam is a disease of the human soul.
Military types I have spoken to have said the military has, for a long time, known how to deal with this, but their hands are tied, and its not politically correct within this administration.
To Whit...when attacks happen, the response that they will recognize remains constant. In open air areas with options open 5 times a day, large muslim groups gather for prayer. A well placed single piece of ordinance (these individuals prefer a Daisycutter) in their midst, would make the point.
When a Christian monument or relic is destroyed on purpose, well placed ordinance at their holy sites or at a mosque when lightly attended would be the response.
According to these people, it would not take long to make the point. Two responses are, 1. they would back off, or 2. they would go crazy. If 2, continue the lesson till they choose 1.
One way or the other, the lesson would be learned.
This is not the first time I have heard this scenario.
Perhaps, new Administration, new rules.
