From the Daily Mail account:

"But speaking on condition of anonymity, a member of Trump’s Secret Service detail told DailyMail.com on Tuesday that Fields touched Trump twice – and was warned by agents to stop – before Lewandowski pulled her away.

'She crossed in between agents and our protectee after being told not to,' said the agent, who was present that night in Jupiter.

The aerial footage from inside the country club ballroom, which is a series of still photographs taken at steady intervals, doesn't capture Fields making contact with Trump. But it shows him apparently pulling his arm away from her."

This alone is going to result in a total legal smack down for that psycho-bitch Fields.

“The aerial footage from inside the country club ballroom, which is a series of still photographs taken at steady intervals, doesn’t capture Fields making contact with Trump.”

I would beg to differ after watching this video numerous times. She did make contact on her left side and then shoved her recorder/phone in front of him. Particularly if she was warned by the Secret Service and continued to contact him this is also an “unwanted” touching and should be subject to a charge. All the more reason to suspect this is a political hit job.

Now it is clear CL grabbed her, to what extent and force used we can’t be sure. This was an assault if even in the de minimis range. Of course the argument is that CL was justified in using force against her given her physical contact of Trump and more so when she was warned by the Secret Service. That or he was justifiably mistaken in the acts he took to deal with her and protect Trump. He is not required to be Secret Service to protect someone who he sees is being contacted in an aggressive manner as the same right would be extended to everyone.

In the context of a campaign would seem to me a malicious prosecution. Lawyer up DT and go after the weasels (or rats) who authorized this charge/prosecuting it.

This will just allow the CNN/GOPe etc. cabal to play on the aggressive, violent, and assaultive nature of Trump’s campaign. When DT stated he was taking on the corrupt political structure one had to expect kickback like this.
