Republican front-runner Donald Trump’s campaign manager Corey Lewandowski has been charged with simple battery for allegedly grabbing a reporter, in a case that may hinge on a Secret Service claim that the journalist first made unwanted physical contact with the billionaire-turned-politician.
‘Victory press conference was over. Why is she allowed to grab me and shout questions? Can I press charges?’ Trump tweeted this afternoon.

Well, if expressing a political view that somebody disagrees with is now a “verbal assault” or a “microaggression,” it’s only natural that grabbing a nuisance individual’s arm to pull her away from someplace she’s not supposed to be qualifies as “assault.”

A person may execute a citizens intervention. She was breaking the law and disobeying a direct Secret Service order.
Much like a citizen that comes to the aid of a policemen in a fight with a suspect, Corey CERTAINLY could put his body between her and Trump, even if it required a tug on her arm.

So why isn't Trump pressing charges?
I’d like to see the following:
1) Trump SMASH on this particular issue. Destroy this twit bitch.
2) Trump begin to cool it. Let the pros do their jobs.
3) Trump not do the TwitterInsult thing any more. Use Twitter to advance positions.
4) Run fewer rallies, intelligent organized. Collect supporters in busses far away from the venue, then bus the supporters in so that they cannot be attacked by our enemies.
Three SS agents are right there, and Lewandowski is one who has to act? That’s pretty weak.

So she went towards Trump anyway- obviously totally disregarding what the SS told her-
“The charge is crazy. Trumpets are buying the Trump lie that she was touching him.”
Any reporter interested in their career would never have pulled the stunt Fields did. And she did try to stop him from leaving. She has a silly little iPhone mic in her hand so she doesn’t quite grab him, but she does stick her hand out to block his arm. Contact is clearly made in the earlier videos.
