Yup. The experienced professional political class jerked Trump back into line. This “pro-life movement” is just for show. Just for bucks and votes. “Abortion cannot actually be made illegal.” Rush says so.

But while 20 trillion in debt 15% unemployment, no jobs,no healthcare,open borders,the world is in chaos and everything else is important to us, for others abortion is a key issue too. Trump will not be just president of you and me and people who largely think like you and me. HE will be President of the other 47% too. So it was a legitimate question.

I was really impressed with the honesty of trump’s answer yesterday.

Was he going to get flak for saying what he did? You bet.

But a leader leads.

If we are going in the wrong direction as a country, then it takes mettle and guts for any person to stand up and say hey, we are on the wrong road, and we need to right ourselves. He did that yesterday.

And he failed today.

Trump isn’t leading the crowd now, he’s following the crowd, and that pains me to say greatly.

Unfortunately, Ted Cruz is also a follower, and not a leader.

On this day I feel totally lost in the woods.

I have noticed in the last couple of weeks that The Screech has again changed her voice patterns. Now, she speaks more slowly and softly — sort of a grandmotherly voice.

Trouble is, it sounds as condescending as the screeching does.

Donald Trump was correct in saying that lawbreakers should be penalized. Drug users and traffickers are both punished. Hiring a person to kill another is equally criminal. Why exempt the women who provide the abortion industry their purpose for existence from the same laws which penalize the providers of abortion services? I think this whole issue of penalizing a woman for killing her unborn child will actually help the liberal position of supporting the right to abortion. They will use this as a permanent reason to never abolish Roe V Wade, and it will assure that the subject is now indisputable and it is acceptable for women to abort their unborn child. Whether this is acceptable or not acceptable is moot. Abortion is the corner stone of the liberal establishment and will remain so as long as is useful politically.
