As the FBI enters the final phases of its investigation into Hillary Clinton’s use of an unauthorized email server for government business, Attorney General Loretta Lynch and FBI Director James Comey are meeting frequently to discuss the progress and handling of the highly sensitive case, a source told Fox News.
Among the issues discussed in the meetings, which have been taking place several times per week, are who will be interviewed and in what order, according to an intelligence source close to the ongoing case. Emails released by the State Department have already shown Clinton and several key aides used the personal, unsecured network to send more than 1,000 messages which have been deemed classified.
The formal interview requests are now being rapidly organized to set a time, date and place for the individuals to speak with federal agents about how their names have surfaced in the FBI’s ongoing criminal investigation. The interviews would not require any statements under oath, and subjects could decline them.

Building a case like this is hundreds and thousands of baby steps. It’s not for the intemperate. One false step and any case gets thrown out on a technicality. Our laws favor the criminal. So sit back and do whatever you want until the FBI completes its work.
Personally?
I think they have her dead to center on treason and other charges. I think she is going to cut a deal.
If she’s smart.
I think they will freeze her Foundation money. I am betting they have been tracking the spending.
I think this because I see more and more stories in the media about the crimes that she has committed. Nobody is even suggesting that she is innocent any more.
They are going to put Elizabeth Warren in.

The party is responsible for that pig and her piggish daughter and husband by propping them up all these years. They deserve to be ousted from government.

I actually had a dream last night, no kidding, where they held a press conference and announced Hillary was being charged with 250 counts of espionage and treason and the reporters all gasped, it was bizarre, and the guy announcing it started crying LOL! Hey you know, sometimes my dreams do come true LOL! Can you imagine if it did?
If Hillary does the perp walk it will be her walk of shame. SHAME! SHAME!

Lynch is only there with Comey to poke her nose into the tent to see what’s going on and protect Obama and perhaps the party. Her mission is not justice.

I am going to say this again. I posted a long editorial on this last year. Obama will pardon her before an indictment.
Of course, and rightly so.
It's not the "Clinton = royalty" part that makes it highly sensitive. It's the "Head of the Executive Branch disqualifying a potential replacement" that makes it sensitive, which is as it should be.
It's not that they're both Democrats - if Romney were the President and the FBI was investigating the Democrat running to replace him, it would be MORE sensitive.
