Sarah quit her position as governor, for no good reason. That's a lie, and has been gone over many times here on Free Republic.

Let’s assess:
Americas are sick and tired of being lied to, and watch our liberties being whittled away. [Death by a thousand paper cuts].
Along come some players that espouse a *take-no-prsioners* attitude. Palin, Coulter, Beck, Newt, and occasionally the Pauls, become our *darlings*. Over time, they lose their luster and we begin to reject them.
I think this is happening with DJT.

It is upsetting how many people forget the facts, and you are absolutely correct to point it out. No matter what they want to say about governor Palin, she was the victim of an open conspiracy, likely from the exact same elitists orchestrating the smear campaign against todays outsiders. She was an outstanding, popular governor. Governor Palin was as good as a political martyr in my book. Let someone with an 89% approval rating dispute it or say something contrary and I will give it a listen and a good laugh. I've maintained for years on FR that the proper response for the GOP was to take out an important Democrat or two in direct response to the Palin takedown.
Only this year has it been revealed EXACTLY WHY the GOPee/UnipartyRight didn't do that simple thing.
The GOP should done the same thing in response to the attempted Walker takedown. Heck - the attempted Walker takedown would NEVER happened if there was a real Republican Party that meant business, and showed it.
Fortunately, Mr. Trump has torn hundreds of masks off the Washington Uniparty crowd.
Disclaimer: I support both Sarah Palin and Donald Trump strongly.

Because the Lt governor was kicking his butt, and his non conservative positions had not reared their ugly heads. Sarah came in and campaigned with him and really turned the race around. He won thanks to Sarah, then he immediately after taking the oath for the six year Senate seat,he began running for President. He got paid by the taxpayers, and he never intended to fulfill the oath he took. It is like hiring a plumber and paying him to go out and look for another job,and you never get your new toilet installed.

What I heard and saw, response, contrary to the article, toward Palin was tepid.

No! I can't listen to her for 12 years, not even four years, not even one minute.
Thank goodness remotes come equipped with this:

Bachman. It would help with the women’s vote, and she’s strong on stopping illegal immigration.

Head of the Bureau of Land Management would be a better choice for her, due to her experience, and it is guaranteed to make half that department quit their jobs, which is desperately needed.

You people just wont stop
I don’t like Noobs who start out posts with “You people”
Why?
1. Jim Robinson, owner of the site actually is a “You people...” and posted numerous threads that he supports both Trummp and Cruz.
2. He recently suggested not starting a comment with “You” to avoid flames and conflict, but I guess you did not see that thread either...
Sooo dear Noob, if there was a “take it back” button, I would suggest you press it.
VOTE TRUMP 2016

As much as I like how she makes liberal heads explode, Sarah quit her position as governor, for no good reason. Permanently disqualifying her from every holding elective office again, in my opinion.
I note that you have been around here since 2000, so I have no idea why you would have forgotten all the many threads on FR that discussed why she left her position...she had good reasons which most of us who have been here know!
However, if she is VP, these threads can and will be resurrected for noobs and old-timers who may have early onset... ;)

Seriously?
redstate? That is a Cruz propaganda website...
I don’t know about the speech noted in this thread, but Sarah was great in all her speeches yesterday...I know because I watched em!
I have a hunch that if she had endorsed Cruz, you and other Cruz supporters would be loving her tenderly...But she insulted Cruz because she did not endorse him for Prez after her senate endorsement, so now Cruz supporters hate her with a passion and have thrown her under the bus.

No. His candidacy is already exciting enough. Adding Palin would be adding one more lightning rod.

I like Palin, but after she was “Palinized” (made a laughingstock) she really brought nothing to the McCain/Palin ticket. My biggest concern is that she appeals to people who would already vote Republican anyway; I don’t think she’ll draw lib women (probably because of jealousy).
