AND NOW... amidst billowing clouds of fragrant, aromatic first- and second-hand premium cigar smoke... it is time for... that harmless, lovable little fuzz ball, the highly-trained broadcast specialist, having more fun than a human being should be allowed to have, from behind the golden EIB microphone, firmly ensconced in the prestigious Attila-The-Hun chair at the Limbaugh Institute of Advanced Conservative Studies, serving humanity simply by showing up, and he's not retiring until every American agrees with him - do NOT doubt him - with shrieks of joy at the mere mention of his name (that's Rush, for those in Rio Linda),the Mandarin of Talk Radio, with talent on loan from G-d, at the cutting-edge of societal evolution, with half his brain tied behind his back - just to make it fair, the all-knowing, all-caring, all-sensing, all-feeling, all-concerned Maha-Rushie! America's anchorman, truth detector, and doctor of democracy. A real man, a living legend, a way of life. Commander-in-Chief of U.S. Operation Chaos. Chief Waga-Waga El Rushbo of the El Conservo Tribe. Chief of the Patriotism Police. Leader of the Conservative Movement. A Weapon of Mass Instruction. El Rushbo (a little Spanish lingo, there). He is the man who is running America (you know it and I know it). He knows the Democrats like every square inch of his glorious naked body. He is ready to do what he was born to do - host. Get ready to what you were born to do - listen. And post your comments on the Rush Limbaugh LIVE Radio Thread.

Yes, it’s quite the conundrum. Trump draws those huge crowds like a rock concert or something.

Who are they ... that they don’t vote. Is it just free entertainment to them?

No, he doesn’t and denial is not a river in Egypt.

TED. CRUZ. WILL. NEVER. BE. THE. NOMINEE.

All he can do is help elect a GOPe type, such as Ryan.

What did they give him? What did they promise St. Ted?

Yes, Sanders is somehow dumb. He would have to be blind to still believe what he thought was true in the 1970s. I get the feeling he is totally genuine, thst he truly believes socialism works. I don’t think he has guile or he is just spouting BS to get power. I think he really believes this sh*t! It’s like he was asleep since 1977!! Pure facts prove his economics dead wrong.

Still, he isn’t owned by the establishment and he won’t be. Because he isn’t motivated by money or power like the rest of them. And he probably doesn’t ultimately care about actually being President. He wants to save the world, he thinks he knows the answer, but he’s wrong. So he is a better choice for us than the puppets who will do global cabal bidding like Cruz and Hill.

It might be kind of fun to see universities lose their value. Doesn’t he realize they are where the youth learns socialism is cool? By making them free, he devalues them to be basically Head Start for Young Adults, and they will either fight it or become anachronistic wastes of time.

I know his stuff will never happen. So I am fantasizing. But “ clu-ahmaht “ (Bern pronunciation) change causes terrorism, so we could maybe move all the “Muslim refugees” to northern Sweden to see if they become peaceful. You know, removing the Bern.

They are still unable to let go of the Republican party.

They are now starting to pay the price for having ignored 17% of the voters after 92. Was Perot a good candidate? NO! But it was an indication of the deep dissatisfaction within the electorate and the GOP dismissed it. Next was the short-lived Gingrich revolution and finally, the Tea "Party" candidates. Still trying to get their knife out of my back.

There is a LOT of anger out here. It is neither new nor knee-jerk. It is deep seated and seething and has become generational.

But the GOP just doesn't "get" it.

Those Cruz negatives you just listed.

That’s a familiar list. All those legislative things you mentioned are not negatives. Cruz had very good reasons for his stance on all those things. Read up on it.

I can’t believe you are throwing poor old Ben Carson into the mix. Trump made another mistake there. He promised Ben a position in his administration and Ben mentioned it ... so now Trump is under investigation because that is illegal.

So, Ben cuts both ways, doesn’t he?

Teddy bears ... I cannot even bear to explain that again ... so if that’s what you’ve got, cuddle with it.

Rush has his own seminar callers. They are his mouthpieces and he hides behind them. It’s so obvious. Why didn’t I see it before? I kind of did, but I didn’t want to admit it to myself.

The Donald ... I think he’s on his way down and out.

And it’s not Ted Cruz’s fault.

And it’s not Rush’s fault and it’s not Mark Levin’s fault.

I think you know whose fault it is.

I do believe you are right.

He “allows” the caller in, as he always says, to “make him look good,” but in this case to make the points he won’t make because it would make him look “unfair.”

The NM caller is too holy for Trump, but not for the GOPe-—which is about to give its platform over to the sodomites?

Probably. But he could have gotten that from Trump if he’d just played nice. He must be asking for a draft pick to be named later.

... I think Rush’s brother David and maybe his wife are leading him in the Cruz direction.

I have wondered the same. His brother is now a devout Christian and I wonder if the lure of Cruz's evangelical background is hard to resist. Cruz is excellent on the Constitution and a great debater, no doubt, but I have a real concern with those who conflate religion and government. Cruz cozying up to Beck made me turn off Beck, even when I was still a Cruz supporter. I just don't see him as being universally appealing as Trump. The MSM and the #NeverTrumpers are doing their best to destroy him. Some may say he's doing it to himself, but is one not allowed to fight for their reputation?

I agree with some of your points. If Trump is dispatched many of his voters will pull the lever for Bernie. He is the one other candidate who opposes TPP and other global trade treaties. They care not about the rest.

It sure looks that way. Trump shot himself in the foot a few times and they're serious wounds. He will really have to have some great stuff the next couple weeks to gain back his momentum.

Thanks for your concern.

After yesterday, it looks like neither candidate can get the required number.

So we will go to a contested convention.

Trump needs to get his act together.

His vow not to hire anyone smarter than himself doesn’t seem to have worked out that well for him.

Rush is so in the tank for Cruz its hard to listen.

Rush is in the tank for the gopE.

At 140 pounds and those jaws 6 inches from the back of my neck I always share

He eats a lot of burgers

Last night he had ribs

Half for me half for him

And he keeps a bowl of TSC diamond dogfood outback on the porch

Only fish he’ll eat are salmon and mullet

Greasy fish

Like a bear

I bet he’d eat trout

I’m not concerned. I’m pointing out the obvious.

Cruz is a slime.

He obviously isn’t hiring anyohne smarter than himself if he thinks he wins a contested convention.

CRUZ. WILL. NEVER. BE. THE. NOMINEE.

Given that reality, all he can do is help the GOPe. And they thank you and him for your support of them.
