Surprise! Man Behind the “Literally Hitler” Anti-Trump Ad Is Attorney for Ted Cruz

Jim Hoft Apr 10th, 2016 11:42 am 16 Comments

Just how dirty is Ted Cruz? This dirty…

Attorney Chris Gober is cofounder of Citizen Super PAC and a staunch Ted Cruz supporter.

...

Citizen Super PAC recently released “Heil Trump” comparing Donald Trump to Hitler.

[Me: from a link provided by Gateway Pundit: "Chris Gober Chris Gober represents more than 100 active clients—including U.S. Senators, Representatives, and multibillion-dollar companies—in litigation, federal investigations, and political compliance matters. He currently serves as legal counsel for Senator Ted Cruz’s 2016 presidential campaign.

Chris has been honored as the “U.S. Government Lawyer of the Year” by Lawyer Monthly and other publications in 2013, 2014, and 2015, and he has been named to The National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 list. He has been recognized as a “Super Lawyer” for Legislative and Governmental Affairs by Super Lawyers and Texas Monthly magazines in 2014 and 2015, and he was featured in Texas Lawyer’s “Legal Leaders on the Rise” edition spotlighting 25 up-and-comers in the Texas legal community. Chris was also one of two attorneys in the country selected by Aristotle Inc. to the 2011 Republican Dream for his work on behalf of Republican political clients."]

I imagine the reason this was not pointed out by the article you posted is because he (Steslow) does not have any direct ties to Cruz

I have no clue what you're even talking about. The homosexual stuff was tied to Gober, who signed a document in support of it. I didn't even notice Steslow mentioned in the Christian news article. If he is also a pro-homosexual creep, that's simply coincidental, but makes sense that he would associate with Gober.

Just because someone co-founded a PAC does not mean they direct every thing the PAC does.

Apparently this SuperPac, as reported in March by the Daily Caller (looking at it now), only has 2 ads, period. One Pro-Cruz, the other calling Trump Hitler. So presumably the one Homo did the Pro-Cruz ad, and the other Homo did the Hitler ad. But Ted Cruz has nowhere denounced this ad and has hired Gobler as an attorney for his bloody campaign.

There is not a whole lot of plausible deniability for you to hold on to.

Comparing Trump to Hitler is an insult to every last person who ever died in the Holocaust, an insult to all the Jews who were oppressed, murdered, enslaved. If these lowlifes think of Hitler as a guy who merely wanted to enforce existing immigration laws, then they need to re-read history.

Check the list of people Gober also represents and you will see Thad Cochran and Lindsay Graham among others. (list is at Gateway link)

Gober currently represents Cruz and was a Bush crony just like Cruz was. Furthermore, Cruz was getting establishment support from attorneys and other people tied to Mitch McConnel as recently as December. Cruz people were encouraging people to donate to GOPe superPacs.

In other words, there's not really much separation on a money or campaign level between Cruz and McConnell and these other liberals.

If “Ted sCruz other women” gets the nomination it will mean God has abandoned America and left us to fall.

sCruz is a low life scumbag as are those who are backing him.

Repeat...this is not a cult...this not a cult

You need to calm down with the rhetoric. Cruz nor his supporters are scum.

Also, why did this article not mention the other founder of the group that did brag about the ad. Ron Steslow twitted about the ad personally. Chris Gober didn't. Odds are Ron Steslow had plenty to do with this ad, yet he doesn't fit the narrative (not tied in with Cruz personally).

LowOil is really grasping at straws trying to keep this from being tied to Cruz's lawyer.

Also, have you noticed he or any of Cruz's supporters come to this thread to denounce this ad as well? There is nothing conservative principled about this ad.

Cruz supporters are classic compartmentalizists. Cruz campaign pretends it is a honey comb... An imaginative wall separates the candidate from his pac donors...

Why doesn't the article mention Glenn Beck who started the Hitler meme to begin with, whom Cruz has had on stage side by side with him? But you expect us to believe that a SuperPac founded by a close Cruz aid and probable closet queer is making Hitler comparisons Cruz isn't perfectly aware of and approves.

Do you link anything you say? It would make it a lot easier to follow the claims. Example I would be interested in the Gober pro-homosexual article you mention, but I only have so many hours in the day to hunt stuff down. TIA

I literally posted it to you to begin with. Presumably you were even talking about it when you started inserting the strawman about the other guy, who was nowhere mentioned by either the first or second article I shared. That tells me that you deliberately tried to misrepresent the material, pretending as if I confused Gober for the other guy. But now you're asking for the link? I don't get it.

Actually I like truth, this thread like most other threads on FR has comment and pictures alluding to Cruz's affairs, something that has zero proof. If news is damning to someone, fine, I accept it. But in a year where National Enquirer articles seem to have no basis in anything solid, you can understand why people just want to scrape away the bs and get to the meat of the matter.

This ad is from a PAC, even if the lawyer did every single thing in making it, it does not mean Cruz did it. So it is a grasp at straws to being with.

What I am interested in, is possible homosexual inroads in politics. How they work and the people behind them.

Why do you disagree with Trump (and Cruz) on this issue?

It's not that I don't agree with enforcing our laws, it's the tone Trump takes when advancing the idea.

And what are you doing trolling this forum?

Trolling? The entire Trump presidential campaign is the most successful, grandiose troll in history. It is the troll to end all trolls, the mother of trolls, a yuuge and terrific troll of trollish proportions.

He’s legal counsel for the Cruz campaign, but of course there is no coordination with the super PAC. /s

Oh I think what he’s argued in front of Supreme Court totally makes him a conservative. I’ll be waiting for you to cite anything conservative about Trump. Trump has done nothing but give money to those who oppose conservative values. Open your eyes dude. Don’t fall for the liberal reality show stars. Doesnt work for Jesse Ventura or Al Frankenstein.
