There are plenty of reasons to dislike Donald Trump. He’s a crass opportunist, who, for all his talk of sticking it to the freedom-squishing status quo, has more than his fair share of authoritarian tendencies. But this protest in a sleepy New York suburb, and the wretching that Trump has sparked among the cosmopolitan classes nationwide, isn’t really about him. It’s about his supporters: the dumb rednecks who, Sally and Co tell us, know not what they do.
Trump may not go the distance at the Republican convention in July, but this fear and loathing of the masses is here to stay.

I just want to know if the smartest man alive (Cruz) is smarter than the smartest woman alive (Hillary). In fact, I have check my talking points because I thought that man-bear-pig was the smartest man alive. What does Ted say about what Algore says about global warming?
I went to the local county caucus and was surprised at how few Trump supporters there were.
About 80% were for Cruz. And 12% Trump and 8% Kasich.
It was a nice sunny Saturday. Plenty of things that I’d rather be doing. But for the sake of our country I committed to being there for all 5 hours for Cruz.
All 12 delegates from my District heading to the WA State Convention are Cruz backers.
So I’m a female WITH a college education AND a real world education called common sense. I’m voting for Trump! Deal with it!
