Cruz was selectTED not elecTED.

The trolls are now saying constitutional conservatism is what made our Banana Republic so great.

All the overheated rhetoric flying around pretty much guarantees that neither Cruz nor Trump people will get what they want this season.

At this point I'm afraid we should expect a Clinton-Kasich race. Nice going everyone.

The rules in Colorado have been the same since 2004.

It's true that voters used to be able to vote in a straw poll, but it had no bearing whatsoever on delegates. Those have always been chosen by caucuses just as they were this time.

When the RNC declared earlier this year that states could not conduct meaningless primaries (beauty pageants), Colorado cancelled its. Trumpsters may not like it, but nothing has changed.

Trump's team just hadn't bothered, I guess, to learn the rules.

Delegates can't be stolen if you don't own them to begin with.

1237, you own them.

If less, after 1st ballot, you don't own them any longer.

This should be pretty. The RNC gave Trump the rules for all states. CO GOP announced their plans. Trump blows it and cries cheater once again. How would that work out for a president = crying cheater or lying to the world.

If Trump’s campaign hadn’t screwed up so badly, it wouldn’t have happened. Once again displaying incredible incompetence, it told people to vote for the wrong delegate numbers, so that instead of Trump delegates, they voted for Cruz delegates. There’s no one to blame here but Corey Lewandowski and the other “good people” Trump has hired to run his campaign.

More propaganda from Jim Hoft to gin up the supporter. I don't see Hoft posting that Team Trump listed a Cruz delegate on its ballot choice... Don't mention that Colorado was such a lost cause that Trump canceled an appearance.

No let's play fascist propaganda maker and demand Trump gets the nomination based on a plurality of votes and delegates because that is fair! If not, burn the place down!

I recall a movement used that these tactic to seize power in the 1930's??? who where they?

Some of the Colorado Republican Republican leaders are finally risking the anger of Trump fans (shown in the following).

OpenSecrets.org
American Fedn of St/Cnty/Munic Employees [State/County/Municipal Employees]
[Total Contributions:] $94,708,977
[To Dems & liberals:] $93,739,954
[To Repubs & Conservs:] $671,755
[Pct to Dems & liberals:] 99%
[Pct to Repubs & Conservs:] 1%

Leviathan (Uncle Sam employs more people than you think)
National Review ^ | 02/03/2011 | Iain Murray
"...nearly 40 million Americans employed in some way by government."

...and pensioners from the same.

It can't go on with no sustainable revenues from many new manufacturing starts on private, rural properties. Repeal the regulations and fees against owner-building and new, small manufacturing starts, or take the racketeering to the conclusion of the default process and face the consequences. NIMBYs go home to the east now or with your foreclosures of the very near future.

I just checked their facebook page. All of 92 people say they are going. Not too much outrage here. Looks to be a Trump operation to try and deligitimize Cruz and a round 2 or 3 nomination. Or from the dictionary you might say it’s:

To complain or protest in a childish or annoying fashion: Example... fans who are always whining about the poor officiating.

You know folks, at a certain point you need to admit that Trump was playing under the same rule book. If he wasn’t aware of the rules its his own fault. The delegates were selected per the rules. For God’s sake, quit whining people. Is this how you act at a sports game?

Sour grapes, Elites didn’t steal anything. I attended a local precinct caucus on Super Tuesday and any registered Republican could participate. My caucus chose Cruz and 1 alternative for Trump, but apparently the majority chose Cruz delegates to the state and CD districts. I will not abide by this illegitimate talk when ANYONE could have gotten involved.

In fact I invited a few neighbors to go with me (a father and son, one was supporting Cruz and one Trump) and neither went with me.

So now that Trump has lost it must be “cheating” again, Go away, please go away if Mr. Trump can’t win within the existing rules!!

the colorado caucus process is a sick, anti-democratic joke. About half a dozen people show up for each precinct caucus, and “elect” people to attend county assemblies and Congressional district assemblies; the county assemblies “elect” people to the state convention. The CD and State assemblies “elect” then delegates, who are supposedly unbound.

A couple thousand people out of a population of 5 million participate.
