No doubt about it, he leads in Maryland. Maybe Maryland can push him over the top.

Whoever wins this, they will have passed through the fires of hell and forged into the finest steel to slay the socialist beast come November.

So long as it it Trump or Cruz we have have some hope.

I fully expect to see either Trump or Cruz take on the rat-beast with a political baseball bat ala Al Capone in “The Untouchables”.

I haven’t seen two such fighters go at it this hard in my lifetime. God willing the best man will win.

And @&$! the GOPe, @&$! them to hell...

I think he’ll get there but there is no way MD can put him over the top. Only about 260 delegates are available rest of this month and Trump will need about 500 more. Most likely CA and NJ put him over top on June 5.

Even if Trump falls short, Rubio and Kasich will have about 400 delegates between them. Trump will make a deal if he has to. Hopefully he’ll get the 1237 on his own so he can pick his own VP.

And yeah, I moved to the Trump camp from Cruz. However right now Cruz is laughing at the Trump camp (think George C Scott in “Patton”) yelling “I read the rule book, Donald...I read the rules!”

And I pray that Trump is assembling the appropriate counter to Cruz’s plan of attack. If not, I am convinced Cruz will work his agenda very much the a we are seeing him run his election. I am also convinced it will make democrats cry when he does. I like it...

Trump's going to win the first ballot, much to the chagrin of Ted Cruz and the media, who are giddy at the idea of a contested convention. No matter how much they don't like it, delegates that Trump wins in, say, Indiana, have to vote for him on the first ballot, no matter what party hacks they make delegates.

Worst case scenario for Trump is about 1,100 or so delegates. There will be enough uncommitted, and those backing Kasich or whatever, to push him over the top.

Remember the delegates are free agents. The only delegates that may listen to either Rubio or Kasich are Ohio's 66. The delegates that supported Rubio in Iowa for instance are all Cruz supporters. In AR Rubio working with Cruz to pick Rubio delegates that will support Cruz on second ballot. The time to make deals is now.

Plus the VP does not really matter as far as winning an election. Most everyone, except the most ardent Trump supporters, see Trump losing in a landslide. Why would Rubio want to be part of that.

Lol...right now I’m betting they are pulling double overtime to assess their exposure to similar events like what happened in Colorado. The likelihood of assembling a ground team to compensate for the 2 years that Cruz spent building campaign infrastructure in all 50 states is dubious at best. Yet the man seems intent on winning and has a background of getting around bureaucracies. We shall see how that serves him against the long term strategist. Exciting stuff!

Every day more and more Americans are waking up to the Globalist fraud Cruz is including many of the delegates who you thought were for him. Cruz’s Achilles heal is knowledge of him and Trump. The more one knows the less they like Cruz.

By the way. You have to be a fool to think the GOP party machines in the states who are helping to stop Trump are for Cruz.

You had better, because if you get to Cleveland even one short of the 1237, Ted Cruz will win the nomination.
Fair and square according to the rules...
...so no more whining.

The machine hates Cruz. The delegates, hand picked by Cruz campaign, are not part of the machine. Cruz wins on second ballot.

The Machine IS Cruz now. There is no Cruz Campaign, Its all GOPe NeverTrump machine as proven by Colorado where the Party Passed a resolution to Stop Trump, made up rules to stop Trump from before Cruz was taken over by his former establishment co-workers, who then then bragged about Stopping Trump.

NeverTrump is not Pro-Cruz. That’s reality.

Cruz aint winning nothing, those so called delegates, most of them, are NeverTrump GOPe State party officers, Big donors and Party faithful NOT Cruz supporters.

NeverTrump is not Pro-Cruz. That’s reality.

Either Trump wins or it will be Kasich/Rubio. Cruz’ delegates are not bound to him either, and they are telling anyone who will listen Cruz is only a placeholder to stop Trump on the first ballot. I think once Cruz is mathematically eliminated from getting a majority in the next week or two the wind is going to go from his sail. Trump probably won’t have the 1237 before CA and NJ, but it will be obvious he will get there. When that happens a lot of #nevertrumps will give up and try to get on board.

If Trump doesn’t get the 1237, Cruz will win by the fourth ballot in Cleveland and you can take that to the bank.
Underestimating Ted Cruz is the most stupid thing anyone can do in today’s political world.
Just pray your Donald gets the 1237.
