If I were hiring, any person (white, black, or whatever) who walks in looking like a refugee from a freak colony, I'm not hiring them.
Weird or gross body modification tells me the person has psychological problems. I'm not talking about one or two modest tattoos. But some people look like freaks. If they want to look that way, that's their business. But I don't want a person who looks like zombie facing my customers.
