In Louisiana your vehicle is considered an extension of your home so you have the right to carry a loaded weapon there whether or not you have a carry permit.

The article failed to mention why Smith first hit the hummer, then sped from the scene.
I don’t really know if it was a a hit, deliberate murder, or payback of some kind, but...doesn’t that seem like a really, REALLY glaring coincidence?

There is no such thing as a brand new hummer. There hasn’t been a new one in 7 years. You can get one pretty cheap since the demand is so low.
